|d L'objectif de cette étude est de mettre en évidence le rôle de la recherche scientifique dans le développement de projets innovants de haute technologie en tant que déterminant principal de l'université. Cette étude a été réalisée en s'appuyant sur l'expérience de l'université française dans ce domaine, en montrant les moyens les plus importants de construire les passerelles nécessaire entre l'université et son environnement économique extérieur.\nPour y parvenir, nous avons essayé d'aborder les dimensions du sujet en commençant par le cadre conceptuel de l'étude, l'exposition à la recherche scientifique à l'université ainsi que des projets innovants de haute technologie. La dernière partie de l'étude la plus importante est une référence à l'expérience de l'université française dans ce domaine.

|a تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز دور البحث العلمي في تنمية المشاريع المبتكرة ذات التكنولوجيا العالية، بصفته محدد أساسي ورئيسي بالجامعة، وقد تم دراسة ذلك من خلال الاعتماد على تجربة الجامعة الفرنسية في ذلك، من خلال تبيان أهم الوسائط والسبل التي تعتمدها لبناء جسر الترابط الضروري بين الجامعة والمحيط الاقتصادي الخارجي لها.\nمن أجل تحقيق ذلك حاولنا تناول أبعاد الموضوع بدءا بتبيان الإطار المفاهيمي للدراسة، بالتعرض للبحث العلمي بالجامعة وكذا المشاريع الابتكارية ذات التكنولوجيا العالية، لنتناول في الأخير الجزء الأهم من الدراسة وهو الإشارة لتجربة الجامعة الفرنسية في ذلك.

|f The study aims to highlight the role of scientific research in the development of innovative high-tech projects, as a basic and key determinant of the university. This was studied by drawing on the experience of the French University in this, by demonstrating the most important media and ways it adopts to build the necessary bridge of interconnection between the university and its external economic environment.\n In order to achieve this, we tried to address the dimensions of the subject, starting with an explanation of the conceptual framework of the study by exposing scientific research at the university as well as innovative projects with high technology.
