هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع استخدام معلمي ومعلمات معاهد وبرامج التربية الفكرية شبكة الإنترنت وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل التعليمي، سنوات الخبرة في التدريس)، وما هي معوقاته حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (339) معلماً ومعلمة موزعين على (72) معهداً وبرنامجاً للتربية الفكرية، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة أعدتها الباحثة لاستقصاء آراء العينة، وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة بأن الغالبية العظمى من أفراد عينة الدراسة يتمتعون باتجاهات إيجابية نحو استخدام شبكة الإنترنت، وأنهم يستخدمونها للاستفادة منها في تطوير كفاياتهم المهنية بمعدل يومي وإنهم يمتلكون خبرات جيدة جداً في استخدامها، كذلك أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية في مدى استخدام شبكة الإنترنت تعزى إلى متغير الجنس وذلك لصالح المعلمين بنسبة (92.9%). كما بينت الدراسة أيضاً أن من أهم دواعي استخدام أفراد عينة الدراسة شبكة الإنترنت الحاجة الكبيرة في البحث عن الخبرات المهنية التي تساعدهم في تطوير الأداء المهني في مجال تنفيذ البرامج والأنشطة التعليمية التي تقدم للتلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية حيث احتلت الصدارة بمتوسط حسابي (4.23). وأظهرت النتائج أن هناك معوقات ذاتية ومعوقات تدريبية تواجه معلمي ومعلمات معاهد وبرامج التربية الفكرية من استخدام شبكة الإنترنت تتمثل في حاجز اللغة، بالإضافة إلى نقص المعلومات عن خدمات شبكة الإنترنت وعدم توفر التدريب المناسب على شبكة الإنترنت.
This study aimed to reveal the reality of using the internet by the teachers of intellectual education institutes and programs and the length of their benefit for developing their professional quality in Riyadh, and its relationship to some variables (gender, educational qualification, years of experience in teaching), though using the analytical descriptive method. The sample of the study consisted of (339) male and female teacher of intellectual education institutes and programs, distributed on (72) institute and program for intellectual education. The tool of the study represents in a questionnaire prepared by the researcher to explore the views of the study members sample,. The results of the study showed that, the majority of the study sample have positive trends towards the use of the Internet, as they use it to develop their professional qualities on a daily basis and they have very good experience related to this matter. Also the results showed differential statistical evidences, at the length of using the Internet due to the variation of gender for the teachers with average (92.9%). The study also showed that the most important reasons for using the internet by the study sample is the great need of search of professional experience, that help in developing their professional performance in the implementation of the educational and activities provided to students with intellectual disability, where it came at the top with average (4.23). The results showed that there are self-obstacles and training obstacles that face the intellectual education institutes and programs teachers in the use of the Internet, represented in the language, in addition to the lack of information on Internet services and the lack of appropriate training on the Internet.
