المستخلص: أهمية الموضوع: ترتكز أهمية هذه الدراسة على ما ذكرته سابقا، وعدة اعتبارات أخرى اختصرتها كالتالي: - الدور الخطير الذي يقوم به اليهود في العالم تجعل من الأهمية بمكان دراسة كل ما يتعلق بهم. - استمرار الصراع في فلسطين والذي يؤثر على العالم الإسلامي بأكمله؛ لمكانة بيت المقدس الدينية. - الوقوف على حقيقة موقف الحركة الإصلاحية اليهودية بالحركة الصهيونية العالمية، ومدى إمكانية الاستفادة من ذلك. أسباب اختياره: يرجع سبب اختياري لهذا الموضوع إلى عدة أمور: - أنه ضمن مفردات مادة الأديان المعاصرة في السنة المنهجية لنيل درجة الدكتوراه في تخصص العقيدة. - محاولة فهم فكر الحركة التي تجرأت على انتقاد تعاليم التلمود، ودعت إلى تغير نظرة اليهود إلى أنفسهم من شعب فوق البشر إلى شعب ضمن البشر. أهداف البحث: - التعرف على تاريخ الحركة الإصلاحية اليهودية منذ البدايات. - الوقوف على الأسباب التي دعت الأرثوذكس إلى اعتبار اليهود الإصلاحيين مارقين مرتدين. - التثبت من صحة ما قيل عن موقف الحركة الإصلاحية المعتدل تجاه القضية الفلسطينية.
