|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح مفاهيم الأزمات الدولية وإدارتها واحتوائها وكذلك تحليل النمط الاستراتيجي الروسي الجديد الذي سعت روسيا من خلاله إلى استعادة مكانتها وهيبتها في الساحة الدولية، والعمل على إضعاف قدرت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية على الساحة الدولية بشكل عام ومناطق نفوذها التي لطالما أعتُبرت مناطق جيوستراتيجية بشكل خاص. ومما يجدر الإشارة إليه في هذا الشأن فإن الاستراتيجية الروسية الجديدة تهدف إلى إيجاد نهج جديد تستطيع روسيا من خلاله لعب دور فاعل ورئيسي في الساحة الدولية والتي من خلالها اتخذت مواقف جادة في عدة قضايا رئيسية، وتبعاً للنمط الاستراتيجي الروسي استطاعت أن تبني علاقات قوية مع كثير من الدول وخاصةً الحليفة منها للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، لذا تزايدت الرغبة الروسية في المضي نحو دول ومناطق تخدم مصالحها وتعززها في تحقيق أهدافها والعمل على استعادة دورها ومكانتها في النظام الدولي. وعليه، فإن إدارة الأزمات الدولية تظهر نتيجة الخلافات والمواجهات بين الوحدات الدولية والتي تشكل تحدياً رئيساً أمام أصحاب القرار، وتعتبر هدفاً ملحاً نتيجة لتضارب المصالح بين اللاعبين في النظام الدولي. من هنا جاءت الاستراتيجية الروسية في إدارة الأزمات كوسيلة لتحقيق أهدافها، ومن هذه الأزمات على سبيل المثال الأزمة السورية، وأزمة أسقاط مقاتلاتها في الشرق الأوسط، ولهذا يمكن القول إن طريقة إدارة الأزمات الدولية لها قواعدها وهي فن لمن يمتلك هذا الجانب، وتطبيقها لابد وأن يتماشى مع الظروف والمواقف المتسارعة والمفاجئة التي يفرضها أطراف الصراع.

|b This research aims at clarifying the concepts of international crises, managing and containing them. In addition, the research aims at analyzing the new Russian strategic style, through which Russia sought to regain its position and prestige in the international arena and to weaken the ability of the United States of America in the international arena in general and its areas of influence. In this regard, Russia's new strategy aims to find a new approach through which Russia can play a major and active role in the international arena, take serious positions on several international crises that have been extremely important, and to build strong relations with many countries, especially allies of the United States of America. So Russian desire increased to move towards countries and regions that serve their interests in achieving their goals, regain its role, and position in the international system. Therefore, the international crises management emerges as a result of differences and confrontations between international units, to face a major challenge to decision makers. International crises management considered as an urgent goal and as a result of conflicts of interest between players in the international system. Hence, the Russian strategy in crisis management is as a mean to achieve its objectives. An example is the Syrian crisis and the crisis of dropping its fighters in the Middle East. The method of managing the international crises has its rules, which the art of those who possess this aspect. Implementing such matters must be in line with the urgent circumstances and situations imposed by the parties of the conflict.
