المستخلص: إن الثقافة الإسلامية وما تحتوي عليه من مقررات لها آثر فاعل في واقعنا المعاصر الذي يحمل جملة من التحديات الفكرية والمعرفية، وتموج فيه الكثير من المذاهب والأيدلوجيات والأفكار المنحرفة، والتي أثرت بشكل أو بآخر في البناء الفكري لطلابنا وشبابنا، وحادت بهم عن الطريق السوي، وانحرفت بهم عن المسار الصحيح، ومقررات الثقافة الإسلامية لها أثر رئيس في بناء الفكر السليم، وتصحيح المفاهيم المنحرفة. ويتحقق لك من خلال التأصيل والتنظير لمقاصد الشريعة وقواعدها الكلية، وكقيق النظرة الشمولية الكلية لقضايا الإسلام، ضبط مصادر المعرفة والتلقي والاستدلال، وإرساء وتعزيز قيم التسامح والوسطية والمواطنة والحوار، وتصحيح الانحراف الفكري في المفاهيم الشرعية ومتعلقاتها، نقد الأفكار والأيدلوجيات والمذاهب والتيارات المنحرفة. ويهدف البحث إلى: - إبراز ما ينبغي أن تكون عليه مقررات الثقافة الإسلامية، والوظيفة المرجوة منها لمواجهة الانحراف. - التأكيد على أهمية تدريس مقررات الثقافة الإسلامية في جميع مراحل التعليم وخاصة الجامعي منه. - بيان الوظيفة الفكرية للثقافة الإسلامية من خلال المقررات المختلفة لبناء الفكر الوسطي المعتدل. وقد استخدمت في البحث المنهج التحليلي في تحليل المشكلات الفكرية والواقع الثقافي، وما يحتاجه من معالجات، والمنهج الاستدلالي في معالجة القضايا والموضوعات الثقافية التي لها ارتباط بوظيفة الثقافة الإسلامية. بالإضافة إلى عزو الآيات القرآنية، وتخريج الأحاديث النبوية، وتوثيق النقول العلمية، ومحاولة إبراز ذلك في أسلوب مناسب وواضح. وقد خلص البحث إلى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات أبرزها: - أهمية تعميم تدريس مقرر الثقافة الإسلامية في المرحلة الجامعية، بعدد ساعات تدريسية تتناسب مع الوظائف الفكرية التي يجب أن يقوم بها المقرر. - ضرورة تنوع وتعدد مقررات الثقافة الإسلامية وألا تكون عبارة عن مقرر واحد يحتوي على جملة من الموضوعات والقضايا الإسلامية. - يوصي الباحث القائمين على تدريس مقرر الثقافة الإسلامية عدم التعويل على المجهودات الفردية؛ إنما يجب أن تعنى الأقسام العلمية بإشباع المحاور المختلفة للثقافة الإسلامية، وفق خطط مدروسة، وبرامج فاعلة.

Research has been used in the analytical approach in the analysis of the intellectual and cultural problems, and what, in fact, the processors, the indicative approach in addressing the cultural issues and subjects that have the function of Islamic culture.
