المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقدير مستوى الرضا الوظيفي ومستوى دافعية الإنجاز، وتحديد طبيعة العلاقة بينهما لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، والكشف عن الفروق في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي ودافعية الإنجاز تبعاً لمتغير الخبرة المهنية لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة والمقدر عددهم بـ 65 أستاذ بالمرحلة الثانوية، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من 113 أستاذ بولاية ورقلة، واتبع الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب الارتباطي، باستخدام كل من مقياس الرضا الوظيفي ومقياس دافعية الإنجاز، وتوصل الباحثون إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع في الرضا الوظيفي وفي دافعية الإنجاز لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الرضا الوظيفي وفي مستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى الأساتذة تبعاً لمتغير الخبرة المهنية، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى الرضا الوظيفي ومستوى دافعية الإنجاز لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية.

The study aimed to estimating of the level job satisfaction, and level of achievement motivation, and The nature of the relationship between them to physical education and sports Teachers, and the differences on job satisfaction levels, and on achievement motivation according to the professional experience, the study sample consisted of (65) teachers in secondary school, They were randomly selected from 113Teachers of physical education and sports in Ouargla, the researchers used the descriptive approach, A scale was used job satisfaction and achievement motivation. The results showed that the level of job satisfaction and the level of motivation for achievement of the teachers was height, and no statistically significant differences in the level of job satisfaction and in the level of motivation for achievement due to the professional experience variable of study sample, and showed a statistically significant correlation between them among teachers.

L’étude visait à estimer le niveau de satisfaction professionnelle et le niveau de motivation à réalisation, ainsi que la nature de la relation qui existe entre eux, et les différences entre les niveaux de satisfaction professionnelle et la motivation à réalisation en fonction de l’expérience professionnelle, l'échantillon de l'étude était composé de (65) enseignants du secondaire. Ils ont été choisit au hasard parmi 113 enseignants d'éducation physique et de sport à Ouargla. Les chercheurs ont suivi l'approche descriptive, en utilisant les testesde la satisfaction professionnelle, et motivation à réalisation. Les résultats de l'étude ont montré que le niveau de satisfaction professionnelle et le niveau de motivation à réalisation étaient élevés et qu'aucune différence statistiquement significative dansle niveau de satisfaction professionnelle et le niveau de motivation à réalisation attribué à l'expérience professionnelle. Les résultats ont également montré une corrélation statistiquement significative entre les deux variables de l’étude.
