المستخلص: الحمد لله وحده والصلاة والسلام علي من لا نبي بعده اللهم صل علي خير النبيين النور وآله.... وبعد فإن من أخطر الظواهر التي تهدد الغاية من الوجود الإنساني عامة هي ظاهرة العنف الأسري، لما ينتج عنها من آثار سلبية شأنها أن تحطم إنسانية الإنسان. والعنف الأسري ينزل بالإنسان إلي درك من الانحطاط تترفع البهيمية - التي هي محل الذم من الإنسان - أن تتصف ولو بأهون أشكاله واخفها. والعنف الأسري يحدث خللا في النسيج المجتمعي إما عن طريق سريان ألوان العنف المختلفة من الأسرة إليه... إذ كل إناء ينضح بما فيه، وإما بإفراز أشخاص لا يستطيعون القيام بمسؤلياتهم تجاه مجتمعاتهم كما ينبغي لما اصطلوا به من نار العنف المدمرة التي شكلت شخصياتهم في مقتبل عمرهم أو نالت منهم بعد ذلك. ذو هذا الموضوع بتعرضه لتلك الظاهرة يفصل الحديث عن معناها بما يعطي التصور الكامل عنها، وأسبابها التي أدت إليها وأزكت اشتعال لهيبها، كما أنها تعدد أنواع العنف الأسري المختلفة الضاربة بأطنابها في كل المناحي، ثم تبين تلك الدراسة الآثار السلبية الناجمة عن تلك الظاهرة علي الأفراد والمجتمعات والدول. ثم تنتقل بعد ذلك إلي الحديث عن علاج تلك الظاهرة من منظور الإسلام موضحة العلاج المباشر الملقي علي عاتق الأسرة ذاتها، والعلاج غير المباشر الذي لابد أن يضطلع به المجتمع الذي يتألف من الأسر، ثم تختم الدراسة ببعض النتائج المهمة الموضحة لسنن الله في خلقه، والتوصيات اللازمة لشموخ سرح الأسرة بما يحقق ما ينوط بها وبأفرادها للوصول إلى الغاية من تكوينها ودورها في الصياغة الصالحة للمجتمع. وقد قسمت الدراسة إلي: مقدمة ومبحثين وخاتمة وهي كما يلي: المقدمة: وتتضمن أسباب اختيار الموضوع وأهميته وأهداف الدراسة وخطة البحث المبحث الأول: العنف الأسري وأسبابه وأنواعه وأثاره ويشتمل علي أربعة مطالب. • المطلب الأول: مفهوم العنف الأسري. • المطلب الثاني: أسباب العنف الأسري. • المطلب الثالث: أنوع العنف الأسري. المبحث الثاني: دور الدعوة الإسلامية في مواجهة ظاهرة العنف الأسري وفيه مطلبان، • المطلب الأول: دور الأسرة من منظور الإسلام. • المطلب الثاني: دور المجتمع من منظور الإسلام. الخاتمة: وتشتمل علي أهم النتائج والتوصيات. والله أسأل أن يكون هذا البحث لبنة في بناء البيت المسلم الذي ينتج عنه مجتمع مسلم متماسك مترابط متواد متآلف....وأن يكون سببا في وقايته من براكين العنف التي تدمر الأسر والمجتمعات.

After One of the most dangerous phenomena that threaten the purpose of human existence in general is the phenomenon of domestic violence, which does not have negative effects that destroy human humanity. And the violence of the family descends to the human to the degeneracy of degeneration and elevate the bahim - which is the place of the demise of the human to be characterized even the most form and hide. And family violence is a disorder in the social fabric either through the flow of colors of violence from the family to him... Each vessel exudes, including, or the secretion of people who can not carry their responsibilities towards their communities as they should have done from the fire of destructive violence that formed their personalities in the early Their age or received from them afterwards. And this subject by exposure to that phenomenon separates the talk about the meaning of what gives the perception of the full, and the reasons that led to the flames and ignited flames, as it is a multiplicity of various types of domestic violence striking in all aspects, and then the study shows the negative effects of that phenomenon on individuals, And then proceed to talk about the treatment of this phenomenon from the perspective of Islam, explaining the direct treatment provided to the family itself, and indirect treatment, which must be carried out by the community, which consists of the family, and then conclude the study with some important results described for the Sunan God in his creation, Walt And the recommendations necessary for the demise of the family in order to achieve what is entrusted to them and their members to reach the purpose of its composition and role in the formulation of good for society. The study has been divided into: Introduction, Research and Conclusion, as follows: Introduction: The reasons for selecting the topic, its importance, the objectives of the study and the research plan The first topic: Domestic violence, its causes, types and effects, and includes four demands. The first requirement: the concept of domestic violence. The second requirement: the causes of domestic violence. Third: Types of Domestic Violence. The second topic: the role of the Islamic call in the face of the phenomenon of domestic violence. First: The role of the family from the perspective of Islam.. The role of the community from an Islamic perspective. Conclusion: Includes the most important findings and recommendations. And God to be this research brick in the construction of the Muslim house, which results in a Muslim society coherent coherent and harmonious... and be a reason to protect him from the volcanoes of violence that destroy the family and communities And praise be to God and the last.
