520 |f In the early sixties when the industrial revolution began in Italy with the foundation of large companies and factories, Italian society underwent radical changes in all areas of life.\nItalian literature was able to capture the consecutive transformations of society and had to express the new civilization well. This gave birth to factory novel.\nThe pioneers of this new literature were the intellectuals who worked in large industrial companies such as Ottiero Ottieri (1924-2002) and Paolo Volponi (1924 - 1994)\nThe Venetian author Goffredo Parise did not want to stay away from this new literary phenomenon then in vogue by writing his novel "The Master '' in which, as he himself assured, he did not deal with what was going on inside the factory. He dealt with the dialectic of the relationship between the boss and his employee by choosing the company, which Max inherited from his father Saturn, as miniature of the Italian company, at that time with all its defects .\nWe set out to examine the nature of the love-hate relationship between the owner Max and the young man - it depends on the protagonist who narrates, in the first person singular from his point of view, the whole story shedding light on the characteristics of the characters represented as puppets bearing comic names and manipulated by the master.\nParise chose these characters with the intent to bring the young protagonist closer to discovering the falsity of the world of the boss who hypocritically supports the moral sense, the conscience and refuses not to be the first in the hearts of his employees.\nAt first, the poor young man was hypnotized by this new world and by the flattering way of his master Max then he comes to discover day after day that his master was aggressive and selfish, able to take advantage of his employees in need of work to tame them, oppress them and transform them in tools.\nIn vain, the unfortunate young man tried to escape the weight of this master thinking of killing him but did not have the courage to do it and he was forced to continue to live from bad to worse until complete degradation with the marriage with the Mongoloid, the protégé of the family of the master Zilietta.\nCompletely resigned to his destiny to be something in the hands of his master Max, he lacks the strength to react and rebel, however, with the little strength that remains, he hopes for his son Ziletta was pregnant with, a life different from that of his father\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 
520 |d All'inizio degli anni sessanta quando cominciò in Italia la rivoluzione industriale con la fondazione di grandi aziende e fabbriche, la società italiana subì cambiamenti radicali in tutti i campi della vita.\nLa letteratura italiana seppe cogliere le trasformazioni consecutive della società e dovette ben esprimere la nuova civiltà. Così nacque il romanzo di fabbrica.\nI pionieri di questa nuova letteratura furono gli intellettuali che lavoravano nelle grandi aziende industriali come Ottiero Ottieri (1924-2002) e Paolo Volponi (1924-1994).\nL'autore veneto Goffredo Parise non voleva stare lontano da questo nuovo fenomeno lettarario allora in voga scrivendo il suo romanzo''il padrone'' in cui, come ha assicurato lui stesso, non si occupava di quello che succedeva dentro la fabbrica. S' occupava della dialettica del rapporto tra il padrone e il suo dipendente scegliando la ditta, che Max ha ereditato da suo padre Saturno, come miniatura della società italiana, in quel periodo con tutti i suoi mali\nCi siamo proposti di prendere in esame la natura del rapporto d'amore-odio tra il padrone Max e il giovane -dipendene il protagonista che narra, in prima persona singolare dal suo punto di vista, tutta la storia gettando luce sulle caratteristiche dei personaggi rappresentati come marionette portanti nomi fumettistici e manipolati dal padrone.\nParise ha scelto questi personaggi con l'intento di avvicinare il giovane protagonista a scoprire la falsità del mondo del padrone che in modo ipocrito sostiene il senso morale, la coscienza e rifiuta di non essere il primo nei cuori dei suoi dipendenti.\nAll'inizio il povero giovane era ipnotizzato da questo nuovo mondo e dal modo lusinghevole del padrone Max poi arriva a scoprire giorno dopo giorno che il suo padrone era aggressivo e egoista, capace di approfittarsi dei suoi impiegati bisognosi del lavoro per domarli, opprimerli e trasformarli in strumenti.\nInutilmente il giovane disgraziato ha cercato di sottrarsi al peso di questo padrone pensando di ucciderlo ma non aveva il coraggio di farlo e si trovava costretto a continuare a vivere sempre di male in peggio fino alla degradazione completa con il matrimonio con la mongoloide, la protetta della famiglia del padrone Zilietta.\nCompletamente rassegnato al suo destino di essere una cosa nelle mani del padrone Max, gli manca la forza di reagire e ribellarsi però, con la poca forza che gli rimane, spera per suo figlio di cui era incinta Ziletta, una vita diversa da quella del padre\n
