تتناول هذه الدراسة تطور موقف إمام الحرمين "الجويني" من أفعال العباد، والأسباب التي أدت إلى هذا التطور، وموقف متأخري الأشاعرة من هذا التطور. وقد بدأ الباحث دراسته بمقدمة بين فيها أهمية البحث ومنهجه في دراسته، ثم عرف بإمام الحرمين "الجويني" وبين المقصود بتطور الموقف، ثم عرض لمذاهب وآراء المتكلمين في أفعال العباد، وموقف الجويني منها. ثم تحدث الباحث عن نظرية إمام الحرمين في أفعال العباد وتطور موقفه منها، فبدأ بعرض نظريته في كتاب "الإرشاد"، والذي مثل المرحلة المتقدمة من حياته و فكره، والذي كان يسير فيها على التقليد الأشعري في أفعال العباد ومسائل العقيدة، ثم تحدث عن تطور موقف إمام الحرمين في هذه المسألة من خلال مؤلفه "العقيدة النظامية" والذي مثل المرحلة المتأخرة من حياته وفكره - مرحلة الترقي عن مراتب التقليد في قواعد التوحيد - والذي انتهى فيها إلى إثبات تأثيرا لقدرة العبد في أفعاله، وقد بين الباحث أن هذا الإثبات مثل محور التطور في نظرية الجويني في أفعال العباد، وقد ختم الباحث دراسته بعرض لأهم النتائج التي توصل إليها.
This study deals with changing the opinion of Imam El Haramein "Al Jeweiny" about people's deeds issue and the reasons that led to this changing. It also deals with the content of this changing and the opinion of the latest ashaera from this changing. The researcher has started his study with an introduction in which he showed the importance of this research and the approach that he used in his study, then he introduced Imam El Haramein "Al Jeweiny" 's opinion and showed what he's meant by changing, then he showed the doctrine and the opinions of "Al Motakallemeen" in people's deeds and "Al Jeweiny" 's opinion about them. Then the researcher spoke about Imam El Haramein's theory of people's deeds issue and the changing of his opinion about it. So, he started by introducing his theory from the book "Al Ershad" which represented the early stage of his life and his ideas. In this stage, he was imitating Al Ashaera concerning people's deeds and the issues of doctrine. Then he talked about Imam El Haramein's opinion about this issue through his book "Al Aqeedah Al Nezameyya" which represented the late stage of his life and ideas, the stage of avoiding the imitation in monotheism rules, and he proved that there is an effect for the person's ability in his deeds. The researcher has illustrated that this proof represents the content of changing in "Al Jeweiny" 's theory about people's deeds. Finally, the researcher has finished his study by showing the most important results he had reached.
