|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام مواقع شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تنمية مهارات الاتصال لدى طلاب الإعلام التربوي، ويعد هذا البحث من البحوث الوصفية التي تستهدف وصف وتحليل العلاقة بين مواقع شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وتنمية مهارات الاتصال. لذا اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على منهج المسح الإعلامي الذي يعد جهداً علمياً منظماً للحصول على المعلومات المفصلة عن الظاهرة (وأوصاف عن الظاهرة) محل الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) طالباً وطالبة من طلاب الفرقة الثالثة والفرقة الرابعة بقسم الإعلام التربوي بكلية التربية النوعية جامعة بنها. واستخدم الباحثان استبياناً حول استخدام طلاب قسم الإعلام لمواقع شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تنمية مهارات الاتصال لديهم كأداة من أدوات جمع البيانات وتم تطبيقه على أفراد العينة للتعرف على تنمية مهارات الاتصال لديهم. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى التأكيد على الدور الذي تؤديه مواقع شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تحسين وتنمية مهارات الاتصال لدى الطلاب. وترجع هذه النتائج إلى الدور الفعال الذي تؤديه مواقع شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تنمية مهارات الاتصال المختلفة لدى طلاب قسم الإعلام التربوي بكلية التربية النوعية -جامعة بنها.

|b The aim of this present research is to identify the reality of using social networking sites in developing communication skills among students at the Department of Educational Media at the Faculty of Specific Education. This research is descriptive research that aimed at describing and analyzing the relationship between social networking sites and developing communication skills. Therefore, this study relied on media survey methodology, which is a systematic scientific effort to obtain detailed information about the phenomenon (and descriptions of the phenomenon) for the study. The sample of the study consisted of (100) students from the third year enrolled in Department of Educational Media, Faculty of Specific Education, Benha University. The researcher used a questionnaire about using social networking sites among students at media department to develop their communication skills as a data collection tool and applied them to the sample to learn about the development of their communication skills. The results of the research indicate the emphasis on the role played by the social networking sites in improving and developing the communication skills of students. These results are due to the effective role played by the social networking sites in developing different communication skills among the students at the Department of Educational media at the Faculty of Specific Education - Benha University.
