المستخلص: تشكل الترجمة مجالا واسعا من المعرفة والتبادل والترابط بسبب تعقيدها، وتضمنها لجميع مجالات الفكر والنشاط الإنساني، وتأثيرها الثقافي والأدبي الهائل. وتتطلب الترجمة الأدبية الكثير من المهارات اللغوية من قبل المترجم؛ ويجب أن تكون الترجمة مفهومة وممتعة للقراءة وتتحلى بالأمانة. إنها بالأحرى عملية تكافؤ بين نص اللغة المصدر واللغة الهدف. ويجب أن يتقيد المترجم بعدد من النقاط (كالسياق، والقواعد، وتقنيات الترجمة مثل التكيف، والتضخيم اللغوي، والتعويض، والاختيار أو الإغفال، والاستعارة لتوليد نفس الأفكار، ونفس المشاعر الموجودة في النص الأصلي. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الفرق بين مفهوم الأمانة" وتأثير نظرية التفسير"، أو نظرية المعنى"، أو التي تسمى أحيانا "بنظرية مدرسة باريس"، من خلال دراسة لبعض المقتطفات من رواية عبد الله ثابت "الإرهابي ٢٠" والتي ترجمتها من العربية إلى الفرنسية فرانسواز نيرود". وقد حاولت المترجمة إنتاج المعنى الدقيق ونفس التأثير الذي عبر عنه المؤلف في روايته. وستحاول هذه الدراسة إلقاء الضوء على الطرق التي استخدمتها المترجمة لتنفيذ هذه المهمة، مع تصويب بعض الترجمات الخاطئة.

Translation is a vast domain of knowledge, of exchange and of interdependence; this is due to its complexity, to its belongings to all areas of thought and human activity, and to its immense cultural and literary impact. Literary translation requires a lot of language skills from the translator: it must reflect the original message, be understandable and enjoyable to read. It must be an equivalence between the text of the source language and the target language. The translator must also consider several constraints (context, grammar, translation techniques such as adaptation, linguistic amplification, compensation, omissions and borrowing) in order to generate ideas and to express emotions of the original text. This study aims to reveal the difference between the concept of fidelity and the influence of the "Interpretative Theory", or "Theory of meaning", sometimes called "Theory of the School of Paris", through the analysis of some excerpts from Abdullah Thabit's novel "The Terrorist N° 20" and their translation from Arabic (Saudi Arabia) into French by Françoise Neyrod. The translator seeks to restore the exact meaning that the author wants to express in his novel and to produce the same effect, but there is the problem of fidelity to the original. The study intends to shed light on the processes used by the translator to carry out this mission while we propose a translation which seems to be closer to the original text.
