|a مهما تفاوتت كتب الأصول في درجة ما حظيت به من صنوف أنواع البيان، فما زالت بحاجة إلى مزيد عناية في أمرين: سلامة العبارة، وفهمها. أما فهمها، فالحاجة تكمن في الكشف عن مقدمات يتوقف عليها فهم كثير من نصوصهم. وأما سلامتها من الخلل، فإذا كان البيان الذي حفلت به بعض الكتب قد كشف كثيرا مما فيها من: تحريف، أو قلب، حذف، أو تقديم وتأخير، فما قولك بكتب لم تحظ بشيء مما حظيت به تلك؟!. على أن ذلك البيان قد كان قبل أن تتدخل يد بعض المطابع لتضيف بقلم التساهل من الخلل ما لو سألت عنه "شرح العضد على المختصر" لأراك ما تنوء بحمله الأبصار! من هذا الخلل صنف لطيف يمثل عبارات انقلبت بيد قائليها – لا ناقليها – على خلاف ما أرادوها، قد طال وقوفها على قارعة السطور، وكثر التفاتها إلى من يأخذ بيدها إلى جادة الألسنة، فالصدور، ولعل هذا البحث صادف التفاتتها.

|b No matter how varied the books of fundamentality are in the degree to which they have been articulated, they still need more attention in two aspects: the soundness of the phrase and understanding it. As for their understanding, the need is to reveal the premises on which many of fundamentalists’ texts depend. And as for its being free from defect, if the description presented by some of such books has revealed many of the following: distortion, reversion, omission, or moving texts forward or backward, what would you say books that have not receive anything of the acclaim the said books have?! However, that statement had been made before some of the presses employed indulgence towards defects if you ask of which "Sharh Al-Adhod ala Al-Mukhtasar " it will reveal to you what your eyes cannot bear. Some of these defects is a nice category representing expressions that have been changed at the hands of their authors, not by those who quoted them, and thus become contrary to what they intended them. Those expressions have long stood among lines, waiting for the attention of those take them to tongues and minds and perhaps this research has attracted their attention:
