المستخلص: هذا بحث بعنوان (القصائد المنصفات في الشعر الجاهلي، في ميزان النقد البلاغي، قصيدة المفضل النكري نموذجا) وهو محاولة لقراءة واعية متعمقة لكنز من كنوز تراثنا الأدبي، ودعوة إلـى تخليص تراثنا مما علق به من شوائب أحكام غير دقيقة. ينشغل البحث بالإجابة عن الأسئلة الآتية: هل يتسم شعر الإنصاف بخصائص وبسمات بلاغية تميزه عن غيره من الشعر العربي؟ وما أهم الأساليب البلاغية، والأنماط التعبيرية التي وظفها الشاعر في قصيدته، وما دورها في إثبات الإنصاف للقصيدة أو نفيه عنها؟ وكان منهج البحث منهجا بلاغيا تحليليا، وقد ينضم إليه المنهج الأسلوبي الإحصائي، عند الحاجة إليه. وجاء البحث في مقدمة ومبحثين وخاتمة وثبت بأهم المصادر والمراجع: ذكرت في المقدمة أهمية الموضوع، وأهداف دراسته، والأسباب الداعية إلى اختياره، ومشكلة البحث، والمنهج المتبع في دراسته وكيفية تقسيمه. وجاء المبحث الأول بعنوان بين يدي القصيدة ذكرت فيه تعريفا بالمنصفات عموما، وبقصيدة المفضل النكري خصوصا ثم ذكرت مناسبة القصيدة وهم أفكارها، ثم أثبت النص متبوعا بمعاني مفرداته. وجاء المبحث الثاني بعنوان القصيدة في ميزان النقد البلاغي عمدت فيه إلى تقسيم القصيدة إلى أقسام تتداخل فيما بينها، وقمت ببيان دقائق الصياغة في كل قسم مع ربطه بما قبله وبما بعده، وبأقسام القصيدة بأكملها مع رصد أهم الأساليب البلاغية والأنماط التعبيرية التي تثبت الإنصاف أو تنفيه. ثم جاءت الخاتمة متضمنة أهم النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة. وختم البحث بثبت لأهم مصادره ومراجعه.

This research is entitled (Poems of Fairness in Jahili Poetry, Based on the Criterion of Rhetorical Criticism, with Al-Mufaddal Al-Nokry’s Poem as an Example). It studies in depth one of our literary treasures. It is also a plea for freeing our literature from the inaccurate judgements which were imposed on it. The research answers the following questions: is fairness Poetry characterized by rhetorical features that distinguish it from other kinds of Arabic poetry? What are the most important rhetorical styles and expressions the poet functions in his poem? And how do these styles and expressions prove or negate the fairness of the poem? The research follows an analytical rhetorical approach and sometimes, if necessary, a stylistic statistical one. It is divided into an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. It is supported by the most important references and resources. The introduction handles the importance of the topic, the aims of the research, the reasons for choosing this topic, the questions of the research, its approach as well as its divisions. The first chapter is entitled (With the Poem). In this chapter, I defined the poetry of fairness in general and focused on Al-Mufaddal Al-Nokry’s Poem in particular. I also mentioned the occasion and themes of the poem. Then I cited the poem and explained the meanings of its vocabulary and structures. The second chapter is under the title (The Poem within the Criterion of Rhetorical Criticism). I divided the poem here into overlapping sections. After that, I explained the formation details of each section in relation to the preceding and following ones and to the poem as a whole. I also described the most important rhetorical styles and expressions which prove or negate the poem’s fairness. The conclusion presents the results of the study and the research is concluded with a list of the most important resources and references.
