|b The Quran is the book of God, whose miracles The study examines the issue of armed conflict and its impact on business and investment, in terms of studying the concept of armed conflict and its impact on the economy of the state, including trade, investment and tourism, the social impact of armed conflicts in civil life in terms of poverty, unemployment and migration, and the nature and provisions of armed conflict in international humanitarian law. The study will also shed light into the rights of victims of armed conflict, the responsibility of the state to reduce armed conflicts, how to promote the state economy in post-war (reconstruction), and rebuild the economy of the state post-armed conflict. The study discusses two topics, and each topic has two sections, according to the following, The study recommended the development of new rules to ensure adequate protection for victims of armed conflicts from civilians, investment entrepreneurs and businesses.

|a يتناول البحث إشكالية النزاعات المسلحة وأثرها على أعمال التجارة والاستثمار، من حيث دراسة مفهوم النزاعات المسلحة وأثرها على اقتصاديات الدولة بما في ذلك أعمال التجارة والاستثمار والسياحة، والأثر الاجتماعي للنزاعات المسلحة في الحياة المدنية من حيث الفقر والبطالة والهجرة، وطبيعة وأحكام النزاعات المسلحة في القانون الدولي الإنساني. كما سوف تركز هذه الدراسة على حقوق ضحايا النزاعات المسلحة، مسئولية الدولة في الحد من النزاعات المسلحة، وكيف يمكن النهوض باقتصاد الدولة في مرحلة ما بعد الحرب (إعادة الأعمار)، وإعادة بناء اقتصاد الدولة بعد النزاع المسلح، ولقد أوصت الدراسة على وضع قواعد جديدة تضمن الحماية الكافية لضحايا النزاعات المسلحة من المدنيين وأصحاب المشاريع الاستثمارية والأعمال التجارية.
