هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى كفاءة مستخدمي نظم المعلومات المالية بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية في التنبؤ واكتشاف الأزمات من خلال تقييم المتغيرات الشخصية للمستخدمين المؤثرة على قراءة المعلومات ودرجة فهم واستيعاب مخرجات نظم المعلومات المالية التي تدل على إمكانية حدوث الأزمات، وقد تم من خلال الجانب النظري التطرق إلى مفاهيم نظم المعلومات المالية ومكوناتها ووظائفها ومساهمتها بتجنب الأزمات وإدارتها، بالإضافة إلى تبيان عوامل نجاح وفشل نظم المعلومات في المؤسسة والتي لها علاقة مباشرة بالمتغيرات الشخصية للمستخدمين، أما في الجانب التطبيقي تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي ( (SPSSلاختبار الفرضيات وتحليل النتائج لعينة الدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج. This paper investigates is to examine the effectiveness of users of financial information systems in predicting and detecting seizures by assessing the personal variables of users influencing the reading of information and the degree of understanding and understanding the results of financial information systems and possibility of crises, In addition to identifying most of the factors that make it difficult to use technical and technical information systems from the point of view of users. L’objectif de ce papier est d’étudier l'efficacité des utilisateurs des systèmes d'information financière dans la prévision et la détection des crises en évaluant les variables personnelles des utilisateurs influençant la lecture de l'information et le degré de compréhension des résultats des systèmes d'information financière et possibilité de crises, En outre les facteurs de succès et l'échec des systèmes d'information financière d'entreprise qui sont directement liés aux variables personnelles des utilisateurs ont été présentés. En termes pratiques,le programme statistique (SPSS) a été utilisé pour tester des hypothèses et analyser les résultats de l'échantillon de l'étude. |
