Le système d’information est une arme à double épées; il joue un rôle cruciale dans le sucées de l’entreprise en fournissant les informations dont l’entreprise a besoin pour une exploitation efficiente et une gestion efficace, et pour obtenir ou maintenir son avantage sur les concurrents. Néanmoins, il peut mettre en jeu la réussite et même la survie de l’entreprise, s’il n’est pas bien utilisé ou s’il n’est pas bien adapté aux exigences de l’entreprise. Alors, pour une prise en compte d’un «Système d’information», l’entreprise doit négocier constamment avec son environnement interne et externe tout en s’appuyant sur la notion de finalité. The information system is a double sword weapon; it plays a crucial role in the success of the business by providing the information that the business needs for efficient operation and effective management, and to gain or maintain its advantage over competitors. Nevertheless, it can jeopardize the success and even the survival of the company, if it is not used well or if it is not well adapted to the requirements of the company. So, to take into account an “Information System”, the company must constantly negotiate with its internal and external environment while relying on the notion of purpose.
