In light of current evolutions, which characterized by the exponential pace of technological progress, it becomes necessary for companies to use business intelligence to be more performant. This article, retraces the steps of establishment of a business intelligence cell within Entreprise Nationale des Travaux aux Puits ENTP. The focus was on the human, material and financial resources to mobilize focusing on Web 2.0 tools related to the activity of collection, processing, analysis and dissemination of informations. A la lumière des évolutions actuels caractérisés par le rythme exponentiel du progrès technologique, il devient nécessaire aux entreprises de faire appel à l’intelligence économique pour être plus performantes. Cet article retrace les étapes d’instauration d’une cellule d’intelligence économique au sein de l’ENTP. L’accent a été mis sur les ressources humaines, matérielles, financières à y mobiliser en se focalisant sur les outils du Web 2.0 liés aux étapes de collecte, traitement, analyse et diffusion des informations. |
