|b The Code of Criminal Procedure of Iraq sets out a general path for all crimes in respect of the proceedings of the criminal proceedings, the parties submitted to them, the investigation carried out on them, the transition to the trial stage and its proceedings, and the conclusion of judgments and their execution With regard to the crime, the focus of the research, like the rest of the crimes are subject to these procedures, and in order to take note of this subject, we will study it according to a bilateral plan we divided into two sections.
