المستخلص: بعد أن حددنا المقصود بالانتحار لغة واصطلاحاً وتقييم الاتجاهات التي عرفته وتعرفينا له توصلنا على استقلال الانتحار عن جريمة القتل، وعن الموت بناءً على طلب من الشخص ورضاه، وبعد أن استعرضنا موقف التشريعات من الشروع في الانتحار وبينا المبررات المنطقية والقانونية التي تقف وراء عدم اتجاهها لتجريمه باستثناء التشريعات الخاصة بفئة العسكريين، بينا عدم إمكان تطبيق القواعد العامة في المساهمة الجنائية؛ ثم كان لنا أن نستعرض موقف التشريعات المقارنة والمشرع البحريني من التحريض أو المساعدة على الانتحار، وكشفنا عن نطاق هذه المواجهة، ومن ثم الاعتبارات التي شددت على أساسها العقاب سواء ما كان منها يتعلق بسن المنتحر، أو درجة إدراكه وحرية اختياره وأخيراً كشفنا عن الموقف من المساعدة على انتحار المرضي الميئوس من شفائهم.

The Search Explain the meaning of the suicide in the language, and also the meaning of suicide in terminology, and from the defined or meaning the suicide we reach to some point:- 1- The independence of suicide for the crime of murder 2- the independence of suicide about the death at the request of the person and satisfaction، After review the criminal legislation about the position of initiating in suicide we discover that the all legislation don't punish about suicide. after that we discussion the logical and legal justification behind the decriminalization of suicide We discussion the position of the Military Penal Code from Attempted suicide. we Explain why we don't can revealed possible to apply the general rules in criminal Contribution, and the search explain that the all comparative legislation and Bahraini legislator Considered that of incitement or assisted suicide as a crime, And we uncovered the scope of this responsibility, and the considerations that tightened legislation on the basis of punishment of either regard to the age committed suicide, or the degree of realization and freedom of choice. And finally we uncovered the attitude of some Western legislation to help patients commit suicide terminally ill.
