المستخلص: Quality is an inherited concept through the ages; it is not a fictitious promise, neither a commercial argument that we could afford so cheaply. It is important to clarify the foundations of this concept and understand his norms and their application. Our article discusses the fundamental concepts of quality and quality auditing as well as the evolution of its process and its impact on SMBs business performance.

La qualité est une notion héritée à travers les âges, il ne s’agit pas d’une promesse fictive, ni d’un argument commercial qu’on pourrait s’offrir à bon compte. Il est important d’éclaircir les fondements de son concept et comprendre ses normes et leur application. Le présent article aborde les notions fondamentales sur la qualité et l’audit qualité ainsi que l’évolution de son processus et son impact sur la performance des entreprises.
