المستخلص: فقد تمكن الباحث بعون الله وتوفيقه من إتمام هذا البحث الذي يهدف إلى محاولة الوقوف على مدى أهمية أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضة في الطور الثانوية ومدى مساهمته في إعداد الفرد الصالح من جميع جوانبه ومحاولة الوقوف على مشاكل التلاميذ في سن المراهقة، ووضع الأسرة التربوية في الطريق السليم نحو معرفة مكانة أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في المنظومة التربوية في ترسيخ القيم الاجتماعية السامية التي تعكس ثقافتنا الإسلامية كما يهدف للتعرف على كيفية معالجة مشاكل التلاميذ في المرحلة الثانوية. وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بلغت 200 تلميذ من المرحلة الثانوية لبعض الثانويات ولاية أم البواقي، واستخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لمثل هذه الدراسات. كما استخدم الباحث النسب المئوية من أجل معالجة النتائج الإحصائية المستخلصة من استمارة الاستبيان المهيأ للدراسة والمحكم على يد العديد من الخبراء وأهل الاختصاص. حيث أثبتت النتائج أن لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية دور هام في ترسيخ القيم الاجتماعية لدى تلاميذ الطور الثانوي. وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها: - تلعب شخصية أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية دورا هاما في ترسيخ القيم الاجتماعية في نفوس التلاميذ. - القدوة الصالحة تساعد في بلورة شخصية التلاميذ المتمثلة في شخص أستاذ التربية البدنية الرياضية. - التلاميذ يتعلمون من أفعال أساتذتهم أكثر من الكلام والدروس المقررة. - الأنشطة البدنية تساهم في تعديل سلوكيات التلاميذ وتقومها. - حب التلاميذ وثقتهم بأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية ساهم بشكل كبير في تسهل عمل أستاذ التربية البدنية في إعداد النشء.

He was able researcher with the help of Allah Almighty to complete this research, which aims to try to stand on the importance of a physical education teacher and sport in the phase of the secondary education and the extent of its contribution to the preparation of the individual well in all its aspects and try to stand on the problems of students in adolescence, and the development of the educational family the right way to know the status of the teacher of physical education and sports in the education system in the consolidation of social values that reflect the high Islamic culture and aims to identify how to address the problems of students in the second cycle. The study was applied to a random sample of 200 high school students from some secondary schools in Oum El Bouaghi, and the researcher used the descriptive method for his suitability for such studies. The researcher also used percentages to process the statistical results obtained from the questionnaire form prepared for the study and the referee by many experts and specialists. When the results proved that the teacher of physical education and sport plays an important role in the consolidation of social values among high school students. The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are:  The personal nature of the physical education and sports teacher plays an important role in instilling students' social values.  Good example helps to crystallize the personality of the students represented by the physical education sports teacher person.  Students learn more about their teachers' actions than words and lessons.  Physical activities contribute to the modification and performance of student behaviors.  The love of the students and their confidence in the physical education and sports teacher have greatly contributed to facilitate the work of the physical education teacher in the preparation of the young people
