|a هدف هذا البحث التعرف على الأثر الذي يتركه الالتزام بتحقيق نتيجة، والالتزام ببذل عناية على بناء قواعد المسؤولية العقدية بأركانها الثلاثة الخطأ، والضرر والسببية بين الخطأ والضرر وذلك عن طريق مقدمة ومبحثين، حيث يتحدث الأول عن المسؤولية العقدية وشروطها وأركانها، أما المبحث الثاني فيتحدث عن الالتزام بتحقيق نتيجة مع عرض نماذج عن هذا الالتزام، والالتزام ببذل عناية وبعض النماذج لهذا النوع من الالتزام مع شرح الأثر الذي تركه كل من هذين الالتزامين في قواعد المسؤولية العقدية، كل ذلك من خلال اتباع المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي والمنهج القانوني المقارن، وتم التوصل في النهاية إلى بعض النتائج والتوصيات.
