المستخلص: قام الباحثون بدراسة الاستثمار الرياضي في مديرية الشباب والرياضة في محافظة بابل بهدف التعرف على واقع الاستثمار الرياضي في مديرية الشباب والرياضة في محافظة بابل، استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي الدراسات المسحية، وقام الباحثون باختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة الحصر الشامل من القائمين على تنفيذ الأنشطة الرياضية في مديرية الشباب والرياضة في محافظة بابل، بواقع (10) أفراد لعينة الدراسة الاستطلاعية، و (31) فرداً لعينة الدراسة الأساسية. أصبحت الرياضة في الوقت الحالي عملية تجارية مربحة في كثير من بلدان العالم وغدا الاستثمار الرياضي سيصبح من أهم الأعمال التجارية الغائبة عن الذهن بل وهو الأسلوب الإداري الممارس في المؤسسات الرياضية لغرض تنفيذ برامج أنشطتها الرياضية يكون مقروناً بتطوير الفكر الإداري وهذا يأتي بالتعامل معها كمؤسسات ذات أهداف محددة للعمل بانتهاج الأسلوب الإداري الذي يضمن تحقيق هذه الأهداف وذلك عبر اختيار الكفاءات القادرة على إدارتها وفق الرؤية المقترحة والتخطيط السليم على المدى الزمني مما يضمن تحقيق الأهداف والإنجازات وبالتالي الارتقاء بالرياضة في بلدنا العزيز. وكانت أهم النتائج لا يوجد استغلال كامل لعوائد الأنشطة التي تحقق أرباحاً لجميع البطولات والمسابقات التي تنظمها مديرية الشباب والرياضة وذلك من خلال استغلال أوقات الفراغ والعطل الرسمية، ولا تنظم احتفالات بالمستوى المطلوب عقب انتهاء البطولات المهمة والتي من شأنها جذب انتباه الشركات في استثمار هذه البطولات، لا يكون هناك استثمار جاد للمباريات والأنشطة الهامة التي تنظمها مديرية الشباب والرياضة وذلك من خلال إعداد أفلام خاصة بهذه المباريات، لا يوجد تعاقد بين مديرية الشباب والرياضة والشركات الخاصة بالملابس والأجهزة الرياضية على تغطية احتياجاتها، تسعى مديريات الشباب والرياضة إلى جذب الشركات لرعاية البطولات والخدمات التي تقدمها لها، يؤدي الاستثمار الرياضي إلى توفير فرص التنافس بين مديرية الشباب والرياضة والمؤسسات التابعة لهم، واستنادا إلى النتائج التي يوصي بها الباحثون الإفادة من المقياس كأداة بحث موضوعية من الباحثون واستخدامه في بحوثهم ودراساتهم في باقي الاختصاصات الدراسية.

The researchers studied the sports investment in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Babil Governorate with a view to identifying the reality of sports investment in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Babil Governorate. the researchers used the descriptive approach of the survey studies, and the researchers selected the sample of the research in the comprehensive inventory method from those who implement the sport activities in the Directorate of Youth and sports in Babel governorate, by (10) individuals for the exploratory study sample, and (31) individuals for the basic study sample. Sport has become at the present time a profitable business process in many countries of the world and tomorrow sports investment will become one of the most important business absent from mind, but it is the administrative method practiced in sports institutions for the purpose of implementing its sports activities programs that are accompanied by the development of administrative thought and this comes to deal with them as institutions with specific goals To work by adopting the administrative method that ensures the achievement of these goals, by selecting the competencies that are capable of managing them according to the proposed vision and proper planning in the timeframe, which ensures the achievement of goals and accomplishments and thus improving sport in our dear country. The most important results were that there is no full exploitation of the revenues of activities that achieve profits for all tournaments and competitions organized by the Directorate of Youth and Sports through the exploitation of free times and official holidays, and celebrations are not organized to the required level after the end of the important tournaments, which would attract the attention of companies in investing in these championships There will be no serious investment for the games and important activities organized by the Youth and Sports Directorate and through the preparation of films for these matches. In addition, there is no contract between the Youth and Sports Directorate and the companies for clothing and sports devices to cover their needs. The directorates of youth and sports sought to attract companies to sponsor the championships and the services they provide to them. Sports investment leads to providing opportunities for competition between the Youth and Sports Directorate and their affiliated institutions. Based on the results recommended by researchers to benefit from the scale as an objective research tool from researchers and use it in their research and studies in the rest of Academic
