المستخلص: المجتمع المصري كغيره من المجتمعات متأثراً بالتغير السريع في جميع مجالات الحياة، فرضت عليه كثير من التحديات في كافة النواحي المجتمعية السياسية منها والاقتصادية والاجتماعية وكذلك الثورات التي شكلت حضارة الموجة الثالثة وما أضافته من مستجدات مجتمعية على المجتمع المصري، ومن الطبيعي أن يكون لهذه التغيرات انعكاساتها على النظم التعليمية باعتبارها نظماً اجتماعية فرعية داخل إطار النظام المجتمعي الشامل، وهى تفرض عليها ضرورة مراجعة سياساتها التعليمية باعتبارها الموجه الرئيس للعملية التعليمية، والسياسات الفرعية المرتبطة بها كسياسة الضبط المدرسي، لمعرفة مدى كفاءة بنيتها ومدى تعبيرها عن حقائق العصر، ومدى قدرتها على مجابهة الظواهر السلبية الناتجة عن تلك التغيرات والمفروضة على المجتمع، حتى يستطيع التعليم استيعاب هذه المتغيرات الحادثة والإسهام في صنع المستقبل وإنجاز النقلة الحضارية التي يرجوها المجتمع المصري. وحيث أن المدرسة هي المكان الذى يعكس أحوال المجتمع بصورة حقيقية واضحة المعالم بكل مافيه من تحديات، فهي تواجه التحديات والتغيرات التي تواجه المجتمع عامةً والنظام التعليمي خاصة، وتتصدى لها من خلال إشباع الحاجات التربوية لدى المتعلمين، وتمكين الطلاب من فهم وإدراك ما يدور حولهم من تحديات وتزويدهم بالمعرفة والتعليم والانتماء الذى يمكنهم من معايشة الواقع العالمي الجديد. ومن ثم ينطلق البحث نحو تناول دور الإدارة المدرسية في تحقيق سياسة الضبط المدرسي في مدارس التعليم الأساسي في مصر بصورة تحليلية بما يحقق الأهداف التعليمية المنشودة.

Egyptian society, like other societies, influenced by the rapid and steady change in all areas of life, has been presented to it many challenges in all aspects of the political, economic and social society, as well as the revolutions that formed the civilization of the third wave and the social developments it has added to Egyptian society, and it is natural that these changes have implications for educational systems as social subsystems within the framework of the comprehensive community system, and it imposes on them the need to review their educational policies as the main guide of the educational process, and sub-policies Related to educational policy such as school control policy, to know the efficiency of its structure and the extent of its expression of the realities of the times, and its ability to face the negative phenomena resulting from those changes imposed on society, so that education can absorb these changes and contribute to the making of the future And the completion of the civilized shift that Egyptian society hopes for. Since the school is a place that reflects the conditions of society in a real and clearly defined way with all its challenges, it faces the challenges and changes facing society in general and the educational system in particular, and addresses it by satisfying the educational needs of learners, and enabling students to understand and understand what is going on. They have the challenges of providing them with knowledge, education and belonging that enable them to experience the new world reality. The refore, the research begins in an effort to address the role of the school administration in achieving the policy of school control in the schools of basic education in Egypt in an analytical way in order to achieve the desired educational objectives.
