|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تجربة التعليم التقني في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وذلك من خلال بحث واقعه والتحديات التي يواجهها، وتحديد الاستراتيجيات التي اتخذتها الأردن للوقوف أمام هذه المعوقات، كما تناولت الدراسة بعضاً من الإنجازات التي حققتها الأردن في مجال التعليم التقني. إن هذه الدراسة الاستطلاعية قد استندت إلى استراتيجيات وطنية أردنية تحوي أهدافاً وأولويات ومشاريع قابلة للقياس والتطبيق من خلال مؤشرات أداء، وتهدف إلى سد الفجوات والمواءمة بين مخرجات التعليم التقني ومتطلبات سوق العمل. وقد نتج عن هذه الدراسة أن عدم التحاق معظم الطلبة بمسار التعليم التقني يعود إلى نظرة المجتمع الدونية له، بالإضافة إلى عدم تنفيذه بالجودة التي تلبي احتياج سوق العمل. كما نتج عن هذه الدراسة أن التمويل يعد واحداً من أهم المعيقات التي تواجه التعليم التقني في الأردن. وأوصت الدراسة بأن تتم متابعة تنفيذ الاستراتيجيات المعدة للوقوف أمام هذه التحديات وتقييمها بشكل مستمر، وإصدار تقارير توضح أسباب الانحراف عن تحقيق الأهداف وتبين الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة لها وفق أطر زمنية محددة.

|b The study aimed to recognize the experience of the technical education in the Hashemite kingdom of Jordan and that is through researching its reality and the challenges it face and specifying the strategies that Jordan adopted for standing in front of these constrains. The study handled some from the accomplishments that Jordan achieved in the field of technical education. This exploratory study was based on Jordan national strategies that contain measurable and applicable goals, priorities and projects from through performance indicators and it aim to bridge the gaps and March between the outputs of the technical education and the requirements of the labor market. Most of the students not enrolling with the course of the technical education come back to the inferior look of the society for it is the result from this study, with addition to the non-implementation of it with the quality that meet the need of the labor market. Also resulted from this study that the funding is considered one of the important obstacles that face the technical education in Jordan. The study recommended with that implementing the strategies that are prepared for standing in front of this challenges and evaluating it is followed up continuously and launching reports that explain the reasons of the deviation from achieving the goals and the corrective procedures that are suitable for it in accordance with specified time frameworks.
