إن مرحلة رياض الأطفال من أهم المراحل المتميزة لنمو الطفل حينما يكون أكثر قابلية للتغير والتأقلم النفسي والبيئي. لذلك أجمع علماء النفس والتربية على وصف الطفولة المبكرة بـ "المرحلة الحرجة" لما لها من تأثير بالغ في تشكيل شخصية الطفل وتنمية قدراته واستعداده للتعلم. فهي مرحلة تكوين الضمير والخروج من المركزية الذاتية وبداية نمو الشعور بالمسئولية وحقوق الآخرين. وهي مرحلة تشكيل القيم الأخلاقية والاجتماعية مثل الاستقلال الذاتي وحب العمل والإنجاز والتعاون واحترام النظام. وهي أيضاً مرحلة التأسيس الأولى للغة، وذلك لما توفره هذه البيئة التعليمية من ممارسات وأنشطة لغوية تزيد من حصيلة الطفل من المفردات والتراكيب والاستخدامات اللغوية. كما أن هذه المرحلة هي أسرع فترة لنمو العقل، حيث إن خلايا عقل الإنسان البالغ تستكمل نموها التكويني أثناء هذه الفترة وأن الأساس المنطقي لأكثر المفاهيم الرياضية والعلمية يبدأ تشكيله أثناء هذه الفترة أيضاً. مشكلة الدراسة: لاحظت الباحثة من خلال عملها في متابعة التدريب الميداني لطالبات الكلية برياض الأطفال وجود بعض عدم الرضا عن الإدارة بين المعلمات والموظفين، وترى الباحثة أن ذلك ربما يرجع إلى عدم مشاركتهم في العملية الإدارية بكامل مراحلها من تخطيط وتنفيذ ورقابة وتقويم، ولما كان أسلوب ستة سيجما يهتم كثيراً بهذا، فقد رأت الباحثة أهمية كبيرة لإجراء هذه الدراسة. وتتبلور مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال التالي: ما هي متطلبات تطبيق استراتيجية ستة سيجما لتحسي الأداء الإداري بمدارس رياض الأطفال؟ أهمية الدراسة: يكتسب البحث الحالي أهميته من أهمية مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة وخطورتها، وما تتركه من أثر على حياة الطفل المستقبلية وحيث إن الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة التي إذا ما طبقت بالشكل السليم، فإنها ستسهم في إصلاح الإدارة التربوية في المؤسسات التعليمية. منهج الدراسة: اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي لمناسبته طبيعة الدراسة. أداة الدراسة: صممت الباحثة استبيان للتأكد من مدى مطابقة واقع إدارة رياض الأطفال الحالي لمبادئ ستة سيجما. هدف الدراسة: التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق استراتيجية ستة سيجما لتحسين أداء الإدارة بمدارس رياض الأطفال. نتائج الدراسة: • متطلبات تطبيق ستة سيجما في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال (كإجابة على تساؤل البحث) هي كما يلي: • تعيين فريق عمل لإدارة الجودة باستخدام ستة سيجما محدد الاختصاصات مع تدريب هذا الفريق بطريقة جيدة. • وضع خطة استراتيجية وخطة قصيرة وطويلة الأجل لتطبيق ستة سيجما لتحسين الجودة في الروضة. • استخدام أدوات التحليل الإحصائي المناسبة لتحديد مواطن القوة وتقويتها ومواطن الضعف والعمل على تلافيها.

The Study Problem: The researcher has noted through her work in the follow- up field training for college students in kindergarten and there is some dissatisfaction with the management between teachers and staff, and the researcher believes that this may be due to their lack of participation in the entire administrative process of planning, implementation, control and evaluation, and the Six Sigma method cares So much so, the researcher saw great importance to conduct this study. The problem of the study crystallizes in the following question: What are the requirements for applying Six Sigma to free performance in kindergarten schools? Study Importance: The current research is important because of the importance and seriousness of pre- school, and its impact on the future life of the child and since the modern administrative methods that, if applied properly, will contribute to the reform of educational management in educational institutions. Study Approach: The researcher followed the descriptive survey method to suit the nature of the study Study Tool: The researcher designed a questionnaire to ascertain whether the current reality of kindergarten management conforms to the principles of Six Sigma Study Purpose: Identify the requirements of the implementation of Six Sigma strategy to improve the performance of management in kindergarten schools Conclusions The researcher reached the following: 1- The requirements for applying Six Sigma in kindergarten institutions (as an answer to the research question) are as follows: A- Appointing a quality management team using six specially designed sigma with a good training. B- Develop a strategic plan and a short and long- term plan to implement six sigma to improve quality in the kindergarten. C- Using appropriate statistical analysis tools to identify and strengthen strengths and weaknesses, and work to avoid them.
