سعت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم متطلبات تطبيق الستة سيجما بجامعة الإمام بن سعود الإسلامية، وبالتحديد من خلال المتطلبات الخاصة بمراحل (التعريف، القياس، التحليل، التحسين، الضبط). وقد تم تطبيق المنهج الوصفي على أفراد الدراسة البالغ عددهم (28) عضو هيئة تدريس بقسم التربية بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية. و(14) خبيرا بإدارة الجودة التابعة لوكالة الجامعة للدراسات والتطوير والاعتماد الأكاديمي. وتم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (57) عبارة)، وقد صنفت عبارات الاستبانة إلى خمسة محاور هي متطلبات خاصة بمرحلة (التعريف، والقياس، والتحليل، والتحسين، والضبط) وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: وافق أفراد الدراسة (بدرجة عالية) على أهمية جميع المتطلبات الخاصة بالمراحل الخمس وكان أبرزها: أولا: متطلبات خاصة بمرحلة (التعريف): دراسة احتياجات المجتمع ومؤسساته البحثية والاستشارية وغيرها من كليات الجامعة المختلفة، وإجراء دراسات لتحديد مواصفات خريجي كل كلية بالجامعة وفقا لاحتياجات سوق العمل. ثانيا: متطلبات خاصة بمرحلة (القياس): توفير الأساليب والتقنيات الحديثة لاستخدامها في جميع المعلومات لتوفير بدائل للمشكلات التي تواجه العمليات، ووضع آليات وضوابط تحكم العمل وتساعد في تقويم مدى تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة. ثالثا: متطلبات خاصة بمرحلة (التحليل): تحديد الأدوار والمسئوليات التي يمثلها أعضاء الفريق حتى يتم تحقيق النتائج بفعالية، وتشخيص ودراسة أغراض الانحرافات المسببة للمشكلات وتحليل أسبابها. رابعا: متطلبات خاصة بمرحلة (التحسين): وضع مجموعة من الخطط التنفيذية لتحسين أداء العمليات، وتوفير المناخ التنظيمي الملائم لتحسين الأداء داخل الجامعة. خامسا: متطلبات خاصة بمرحلة (الضبط): العمل على تصحيح الأخطاء التي تظهر بالعملية بشكل دوري ومستمر، ووضع آليات لضبط الأسلوب وتحسين البدائل لتطوير العملية الجديدة. واختتمت الدراسة بعدة توصيات بناءا على النتائج تؤكد أهمية تطبيق متطلبات الستة سيجما في تحسين جودة الأداء بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية.
This study aimed at introducing the most important requirements of the application of Six sigma entry at Alimam Mohammad Bin Saud Islamic University and in particular during the requirements of the stages of introduction, measurement, analysis and improvement. The descriptive method was applied to the 28 teaching staff members of the Department of Education, College of Social Sciences, and 14 experts in Quality Department, the University Principality for Studies, Improvement and Academic Approval. A questionnaire consists of 57 phrases was prepared. The questionnaire phrases were classified into 5 categories which arc requirements of the stages of introduction, measurement, analysis and improvement. The study reached several results the most important of them are as follows: The study subjects (individuals) highly agreed to the importance of the following requirements: First: requirements of introduction stage: to study the needs of socicty, its research, consultative institutions and other various colleges of the University, To conduct studies to define the4 specifications of the graduates of each college of the University according to the market needs. Second: requirements for measurement stage: to provide modern methods and technologies to be used in data collection to provide alternatives for the problems which face the operations , To set up mechanisms and rules to control work and assist in evaluating the extent of realizing the required targets. Third: requirements of analysis stage: to define the roles and responsibilities of the team members in order to realize results effectively, To diagnose and study the purposes of deviations causing problems and to analyze their reasons. Fourth: improvement stage requirements: to set up a group of executive plans to improve operations performance, to provide the suitable organizational climatc to improve performance at the University Fifth: control stage requirements: to correct errors occur to work periodically and continuously, to set up mechanisms to control style and to improve alternatives to develop the new process. The study was concluded by several recommendations upon the results which confirm the importance of the application of the requirements of Six sigma to improve performance quality at Alimam Mohammad Bin Saud Islamic University.
