المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن نوع العلاقة الارتباطية بين التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي والتحصيل الدراسي لدى طالبات المرحلة الرابعة الإعدادية. وقد قامت الباحثة بإعداد وتصميم أداة البحث المتمثلة بـــــ (مقياس التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي) المكون من (52) فقرة والذي طبق على أفراد عينة البحث المكونة من (90) طالبة من الصف الرابع الإعدادي للفرعين العلمي والأدبي. وكان ثبات المقياس (0.90) وتمت المقارنة بين درجات أفراد العينة في أدائهم على مقياس التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي وعلاقته بالتحصيل الدراسي. فقد بينت النتائج رفض الفرضية الصفرية ووجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين، التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي والتحصيل الدراسي فكان التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى طالبات المرحلة الرابعة الإعدادية منخفض وتحصيلهم الدراسي منخفض أيضا، فالعلاقة تأثرية متبادلة بين هذين المتغيرين أي كلما كان التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي عاليا يكون مستوى التحصيل الدراسي عالي أيضا ويرتبط سوء التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي بانخفاض التحصيل الدراسي أيضا وعليه فقد أوصت الباحثة بإعداد وتقديم برامج تربوية إرشادية في المدارس الإعدادية لمعرفة مشكلات الطلبة ومساعدتهم على حلها وتقديم الدعم النفسي والتربوي للطلبة من أجل تعديل وتغيير السلوكيات غير المرغوبة وأوصت كذلك بالإفادة من مقياس التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي الذي تم أعداده وصياغته لتشخيص المشاكل النفسية والاجتماعية لدى الطلبة من قبل المرشدين والتربويين والإداريين في المدارس وكذلك أوصت الباحثة إلى إعداد وتقديم محاضرات توجيهية مهنية إلى طلبة الدراسة المتوسطة (الصف الثالث المتوسط) لتوجيههم نحو الفرع الدراسي الذي يتلاءم ويتناسب مع إمكانياتهم وقدراتهم العقلية والنفسية ومع معدلاتهم التحصيلية أيضا. وتوجيه الإباء والمربيين إلى إقامة علاقات إنسانية مع أبنائهم وطلبتهم مبنية على التفاهم وتقبل الأخرين واحترام آرائهم واقترحت الباحثة بأجراء بحوث ودراسات تستخدم برامج إرشادية متمثلة بأسلوبي النمذجة ولعب الدور وغيرها من الأساليب التربوية الإرشادية الأخرى واقترحت أيضا إجراء دراسة لمقارنة الفروق بين كلا الجنسين في التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي والتحصيل الدراسي.

The aim of the research was to uncover the type of correlation between psychosocial adjustment and academic achievement among students of the fourth preparatory stage. The researcher prepared and designed the research tool of (Psychological Compatibility Scale) consisting of (52) Items, which was applied to the members of the research sample consisting of (90) students from the fourth grade preparatory equation Stability of the scale was (0.90). The scores of the sample were compared in their performance on the social adjustment scale and its relation to the academic achievement. The results showed that the null hypothesis was rejected and that there was a statistically significant relationship between social psychological desire and scholastic achievement. Psycho-social students in the fourth stage low and their academic achievement is also low, the relationship is correlation between these two variables, the higher the social psychological desire is high level of educational attainment also associated with poor social psychological longing for poor academic achievement and Therefore, the researcher recommended preparing educational programs in preparatory schools to identify students' problems and help them solve them and provide psychological and educational support to students in order to modify and change undesirable behavior. It is also recommended to benefit from the social psychosocial measure that was prepared and formulated to diagnose Psychological and social problems of students by mentors, educators and administrators in schools. The researcher also recommended the preparation and evaluation of professional guidance lectures to middle school students (third grade intermediate) and directing them to the school branch which fits and fits my potential Charges and their mental and psychological with equations also realizable. And to direct parents and educators to establish human relations with their children and their students based on understanding and acceptance of others and respect their views and suggested the researcher to conduct research and studies using the programs of guidance, modeling and play role and other methods of extension education and also proposed a comparison study differences between the two sexes longing for socio-psychological adjustment and academic achievement study.
