المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين، سيدنا محمد النبي الأمي وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. وبعد فيتناول هذا البحث جانباً مهماً من الدراسات النحوية، وهي دراسة الأصول النحوية، ذلك الجانب الذي قلت فيه الدراسات. والهدف من هذا البحث تسليط الضوء على استعمال الفاكهي للأصول النحوية وكيفية توظيفه لها. والأصول النحوية هي: السماع، والقياس والإجماع، واستصحاب الحال. وقد جعلت لكل أصلٍ منها فصلاً مستقلاً، يتضمن مباحث ومطالب مترابطة، وقد سبقت تلك المطالب مقدمة وتمهيد. أما المقدمة فذكرت فيها أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والمنهج المتبع في البحث، والخطة التي سرت عليها في الدراسة. وأما التمهيد فقسمته مبحثين: المبحث الأول: التعريف بالفاكهي. المبحث الثاني: التعريف بعلم أصول النحو. وأما الفصل الأول فخصصته بالحديث عن السماع، وتحدثت فيه عن تعريف السماع وموقف الفاكهي من الأصول السماعية، وقد قسمت هذا الفصل خمسة مباحث هي: القرآن الكريم، والقراءات القرآنية، والحديث النبوي الشريف، وكلام العرب، والضرورة الشعرية. وأما الفصل الثاني فخصصته بالحديث عن القياس، وقسمته مبحثين المبحث الأول تحدثت فيه عن تعريف القياس، وموقف العلماء منه، ونشأته، وتطوره، وأركانه، وموقف الفاكهي من القياس. ثم تحدثت عن المبحث الثاني من القياس وهو العلة، وتحدثت فيه عن تعريفها، وأقسامها، وموقف الفاكهي منها. وأما الفصل الثالث فخصصته بالحديث عن الإجماع، وتحدثت فيه عن تعريفه، وأنواعه، وموقف الفاكهي من الإجماع. وأما الفصل الرابع فخصصته بالحديث عن استصحاب الحال، وتحدثت فيه عن تعريفه، وموقف الفاكهي منه. وأما الخاتمة فقد شملت بعض ما توصل إليه هذا البحث من نتائج. ثم أردفت ذلك بثبت لأهم المصادر والمراجع، وفهرس للمحتوى. وأرجو بعملي المتواضع هذا أن أكون قد وفقت إلى بيان كيفية توظيف الفاكهي للأصول النحوية في كتابه الفواكه الجنية على متممة الجرومية. وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين، وصل الله على خير خلقه سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the noblest of the messengers, the illiterate prophet Muhammad and his family and companions. This research deals with an important aspect of grammatical studies, namely the study of grammatical origins, an aspect in which studies have been rare. The aim of this research is to highlight Al-Fakihi's use of grammatical origins and how he employed them. These grammatical origins are hearing, analogy, consensus, and accompanying status. For each of these origins, I have made a separate chapter, containing sections and interrelated demands, which have been preceded by an introduction and a preface. As for the introduction, it tackled the importance of the topic, the reasons for its choice, the methodology used in the research, and the plan that I followed in the study. As for the preface, I divided it into two sections: The first section: Introducing Al-Fakihi The second section: Introducing the origins of grammar As for the First Chapter, I devoted it to talking about hearing. I discussed the definition of hearing and the views of Al-Fakihi about the hearing origins. I divided this chapter into five sections: the Holy Quran, Quranic readings, the Prophet's Hadith, the speech of the Arabs, and poetic necessity. As for the Second Chapter, I devoted it to talking about the analogy and divided it into two sections. In the first section, I talked about the definition of analogy, the views of scholars about it, its origin, its evolution, its elements, and the views of Al-Fakihi about analogy. Then, I talked about the second section of analogy, namely defection, showing its definition, and sections, and the views of Al-Fakihi about them. As for the Third Chapter, I devoted it to talking about consensus, and mentioned its definition, types and the views of Al-Fakihi about consensus. As for the Fourth Chapter, I devoted it to talking about the accompanying status, and mentioned its definition and the views of Al-Fakihi about it. As for the conclusion, it included some of the findings of this research. Then, this was followed by a list of the most important sources and references, as well as an index of the content. With this humble work, I hope that I have succeeded in clarifying how Al-Fakihi employed grammatical origins in his book Al-Fawakih Al-Jiniah on Mutammimat Al-Jurrumiah. And our last prayer is that Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the best of His creation, our prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.
