المستخلص: فهذا البحث المعنون ب المذاكرة وأثرها في إحياء الحديث النبوي وحفظه "دراسة في المفهوم والضوابط والأثر. جاء في مبحثين: المبحث الأول: تناول مرتبة المذاكرة، وحكمها في الشرع، وثمارها، وضوابطها وأطرها الحاكمة. والمبحث الثاني: تناول بيان أثر المذاكرة في إحياء الحديث النبوي في حياة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وصحابته والتابعين لهم بإحسان. وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على طرائق الصحابة والتابعين فمن بعدهم رجالاً ونساءً في مذاكرة العلم ومدارسته، وسبل إحيائه، وحفظه. كما هدفت إلى تقديم النموذج لشبابنا حتى تستنهض الهمم، وتحمل الراية، وتنشر السنة، وتدحض الشبهة، ويوقف الشباب على شعاب العلم، وأوديته، وربابنته. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: أن المذاكرة كانت حاضرة في المنهج التعليمي للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وبقوة، وكانت حاضرة كذلك في دائرة اهتمام السلف جيلاً بعد جيل- خاصة جيل الصحابة رضي الله عنهم الذين دفعهم الحرص على حفظ السنة أن مارسوا المذاكرة وطبقوها مع شيوخهم، وأقرانهم، وأترابهم، وتلامذتهم، والناس عامة، ليلاً، ونهاراً، حلا وترحالاً، ونبهوا على فضلها وأهميتها. وهي كذلك كانت حاضرة عند علماء الحديث ومناهجهم، فلقد كان لها أكبر الأثر في إحياء الحديث النوبي وحفظه. وخلصت إلى أن دور المرأة في مذاكرة الحديث النبوي وحفظه كان له أكبر الأثر في إحيائه.

This research, entitled “Discussions of Hadith and their Impact on Reviving and Preserving Prophetic Traditions: a Study of the Concept, Delimitations and Impact”, is divided into two sections; the first section sheds light on the status of discussion, its legal provision, its byproducts, its delimitations and the governing principles. The second section displays the impact of discussion upon reviving and preserving the prophetic traditions during the life of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him), his companions and the followers. This research has two objectives; first, it examines the methodologies of discussing, studying, reviving and preserving Hadith by Prophet Muhammad’s companions and their followers be they men or women. Second, the research aims at introducing a model to our youth so as to inflame their enthusiasm to carry the banner, spread the Sunnah, refute the false allegations raised against Sunnah, and seek knowledge eagerly in all fields. The research has found out that discussion was potentially present in the educational approach of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) and the successive generations of his followers; especially the generation of his companions who were keen to preserve the Sunnah by practicing discussion and implementing it through their interactions with their Sheikhs, peers, fellow friends, their disciples and all people in general day or night, on travel or settlement in order to draw attention to its importance and virtues. Discussion is also present with the scholars of Hadith and in their methodologies for its great impact upon reviving and preserving the Hadith. The research concluded that women had their effective role in discussing, reviving and preserving Hadith.
