|a يتناول هذا البحث: "دلالة الأمر في بعض مسائل الشعر: دراسة أصولية فقهية" التعريف بالأمر ودلالاته اللغوية، والأصولية، وتطبيق هذه الدلالات على بعض المسائل الهامة في أحكام شعر الإنسان ومنها: الأحكام العامة للشعر من طهارته، والعناية به، وأحكام حلق شعر الرأس للمرأة والرجل وموقف الفقهاء من ذلك، وحكم وصل الشعر بغيره، وحكم استعمال الشعر المستعار أو ما يعرف في عصرنا الحاضر (الباروكة Wig)، وأحكام خضاب الشعر وصبغه، وحكم النمص وإزالة الحواجب، وأهم النتائج التي استهدفها البحث.

|b This research, entitled "The Significance of Matter for some Issues of Hair: a Fundamental Jurisprudential Study", handles the definition of matter its linguistic and fundamental significance as well as applying such significance to some important issues concerning provisions of human hair. Those provisions include the general ones such as hair purity, its protection, and cutting the hair of men and women. In addition, the research displays the views of scholars regarding those provisions of utilizing hair extensions, wigs, coloring or dyeing the hair and the provision of removing small hair or plucking eyebrows. Finally, the research displays the most important results.
