المستخلص: Le système LMD est adopté à l’université Algérienne depuis 2004/2005, ce dispositif est le résultat d’un travail réalisé en occident, notre pays l’a adopté afin de promouvoir dans l’enseignement et la recherche. Ce système se base sur le principe du tutorat, qui est une mission de suivi et d’accompagnement de l’étudiant visant à faciliter son intégration dans la vie universitaire. La législation Algérienne a érigé des décisions pour les appliquer au sein de l’université Algérienne. Le premier décret exécutif N° 09-03 du 03 janvier 2009 ; précisant la mission de tutorat et fixant les modalités de sa mise en oeuvre. Le deuxième, il s’agit de la décision ministérielle n°189 du 16 juin2010; fixant les modalités de la prise en charge du tutorat auprès des établissements d’enseignement supérieur. Le troisième arrêté ministériel N°713 du 03 Novembre 2011; fixant la composition et le fonctionnement de la commission du tutorat. Dans notre intervention, on va faire la lecture des différents textes dirigeants le tutorat et leurs discussion.

The LMD system has been adopted at the Algerian University since 2004/2005, this device is the result of a work done in the West, our country adopted it to promote in teaching and research. This system is based on the principle of tutoring, which is a mission of monitoring and accompanying the student to facilitate its integration into university life. Algerian legislation has established decisions to apply them within the Algerian university. The first executive decree N ° 09-03 of 03 January 2009; specifying the tutoring mission and setting the terms for its implementation. The second is Ministerial Decision No. 189 of 16 June 2010; setting the terms for taking charge of tutoring at higher education institutions. The third ministerial decree N ° 713 of 03 November 2011; fixing the composition and functioning of the tutoring committee. In our intervention, we will read the various texts leading the tutoring and their discussion.
