| 520 | |d Le présent article se propose de vérifier les actualisations discursives d'un terme médical dans les textes spécialisés et tenter de les revérifier dans les textes vulgarisés. Ainsi, le terme "Maladie d'Alzheimer" est choisi pour servir d'échantillon. A l'aide d'une étude diachronique suivie d'une étude synchronique, je suis parvenue à cerner la nouvelle forme conceptuelle du terme médical en suivant le cheminement de ses reformulations intradiscursives au fil du temps. | ||

The term “Alzheimer Disease” is chosen as example. Through a diachronic study followed by a synchronic one, I have reached to define the new conceptual form of this medical term by tracking the progression of its intra-discursive rewordings over time. | ||
