المستخلص: الأزمات The Crises أصبحت جزءا لا يتجزأ من حياتنا المعاصرة وفي ظل التغيرات والتطورات في كافة مجالات الحياة أصبح الإنسان عرضه لهذه الأزمات مما يتطلب منه امتلاك القدرة على التعامل معها، والأنماط القيادية الإدارية هي بلورة لصور متنوعة من السلوك القيادي الإداري الذي من شأنه توفير الكفاءات المؤهلة لمواجهة تلك الأزمات ومواجهة تحدياتها التي تعصف بالمؤسسات عامة والمؤسسات الرياضية خاصة، ويتفق كلا من أشرف صبحي (2000م)، عبدالله الغصاب (2016م) على أن المؤسسات الرياضية مثلها مثل أي مؤسسة داخل المجتمع من حيث الهيكلة والبناء فالمؤسسة الرياضية لا تختلف عن المؤسسات الأخرى فيمكن دراستها وتصنيفها في أكثر من مستوى وبكثير من الطرق وذلك وفقا لطبيعة الأنشطة وحجم الأعمال التي تقوم بها المؤسسة. وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: أن النمط القيادي الإداري الذي يمكن أن يسهم في وضع خطة إدارة أزمات متعلقة بهيكلية وطبيعة المؤسسة الرياضية هو القيادي الإداري الديمقراطي.  أن النمط القيادي الإداري الذي يمكن أن يوفر البدائل في حالة تعطل عمل المؤسسة الرياضية أثناء الأزمة هو القيادي الإداري الديمقراطي.  النمط القيادي الإداري الذي يمكن أن يسهم في قيادة فريق مدرب للتعامل مع الأزمات ويمكن أن يؤسس خطة إدارة الأزمة طبقا "لإجراءات حل الأزمة ويسهم في تحديد الأولويات والمسئوليات والأدوار والتنسيق بينها داخل فريق إدارة الأزمة هو القيادي الديمقراطي.  أن النمط القيادي الإداري الذي يسهم في ضمان التعاون بين مسئولي الاتصال والعلاقات العامة لإنجاز إدارة الأزمة ويسهم في توفير دليل إرشادي للمؤسسة الرياضية ويوضح كيفية التعامل مع الأزمة هو القيادي الإداري الديمقراطي.  النمط القيادي الإداري الذي لديه القدرة على التخطيط لإعادة الأمور داخل المؤسسة الرياضية إلى ما كانت عليه قبل الأزمة هو النمط القيادي الديمقراطي. وقد أوصى الباحث:  ضرورة الاهتمام بالدورات التدريبية التي تساعد القادة الإداريين على حسن التصرف في مواجهة الأزمات داخل المؤسسة الرياضية.  أن تحرص المؤسسات الرياضية على بناء محددات لإدارة الأزمات وتدريب أفراد المؤسسة على كيفية التعامل مع الأزمة.  توفير الإمكانيات التي تحتاجها محددات إدارة الأزمة.  تقييم أداء القادة الإداريين لمواجهة الأزمات في المؤسسات الرياضية لتجنب الخسائر.  مواكبة التطور والتغير في الأحداث الرياضية العالمية وترقب أي أزمات قد تعصف بالمؤسسة الرياضية.

Crisis: The Crisis has become an integral part of our contemporary life and in light of the changes and developments in all areas of life; man has become exposed to these crises, which requires him to have the ability to deal with them. The administrative leadership styles are the crystallization of various forms of leadership behavior that will provide qualified competencies (2000), Abdullah Al-Ghasab (2016), that sports institutions, like any institution within the society in terms of structure and construction, the sports institution is no different from the founder Can be studied and classified in more than one level and in many ways depending on the nature of the activities and the size of the work carried out by the institution. The study resulted in the following results: The leadership style that can contribute to the development of a crisis management plan related to the structure and nature of the sports institution is the democratic administrative leadership. That the leadership style that can provide alternatives in the event of disruption of the work of the institution during the sports crisis is a democratic administrative leadership. Leadership style that can contribute to leading a trained team to deal with crises and can establish a crisis management plan according to "crisis resolution procedures and contribute to the identification of priorities, responsibilities and roles and coordination among them within the crisis management team is the democratic leadership. That the leadership style that contributes to ensuring cooperation between communication and public relations officials to achieve crisis management and contribute to provide a guide to the institution of sports and shows how to deal with the crisis is the democratic leadership. The leadership style that has the ability to plan to put things back inside the sports institution to what it was before the crisis is the democratic leadership style. The researcher recommended: The need to take care of the training courses that help the administrative leaders to behave properly in the face of crises within the sports institution. To ensure that sports institutions to build determinants of crisis management and training the members of the institution on how to deal with the crisis. Provide the resources needed by the determinants of crisis management. Evaluating the performance of administrative leaders to confront crises in sports institutions to avoid losses. Keep pace with the evolution, change in the world sporting events, and watch any crises that may hit the sports institution.
