|a البحث الحالي يهدف إلى دراسة مستوى الطموح للطالب المعلم وعلاقته بمستوى الأداء في التدريب الميداني وذلك من خلال التعرف على مستوى الطموح والقلق للطالب المعلم وعلاقته بمستوى الأداء في التدريب الميداني لأفراد العينة قيد البحث، حيث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي واعتمدت في إجراء بحثها على طلاب الفرقة الرابعة شعبة تدريس بكليه التربية الرياضية جامعه كفر الشيخ للعام الجامعي ٢٠١٥/ ٢٠١٦ م. وتم اختيارهم عشوائيا والبالغ عددهم (٢٠) طالب وطالبة، واستخدمت الباحثة في جمع البيانات على استمارة (مستوى الطموح)، ثم قامت بإجراء المعالجات الإحصائية المناسبة. لذا توصى الباحثة بالتالي: حث الطلاب على أهمية الدراسة والتفوق فيها من أجل تحديد مستقبلهم المهني وعدم الشعور بقلق المستقبل لأن هذا في حد ذاته تعطيل لطاقاتهم ومسببا لإحباطاتهم، إتاحة الفرصة للطلاب للتعبير عن أراءهم وعدم الإحجام عن أي فكرة حتى ولو كانت غريبة وغير قابلة للتطبيق وإتاحة الفرصة لإبداء الرأي لأكبر عدد ممكن من الأفكار حول المشكلة أو موضوع الدراسة في الأساليب التعليمية الأخرى.

|b The present research aims to study the level of ambition of the student teacher and its relationship to performance in field training level and through the identification of the level of ambition and anxiety of the student teacher and its relationship to performance in field training for members of the sample under the level, where the researcher used the descriptive approach adopted in conducting her research on the Fourth Year students people teaching at the Faculty of Physical Education Kafrelsheikh University for the academic year 2015/2016 m were chosen at random and totaling 20 students, and used a researcher at the collection of data on Astmart ( the level of ambition), and then conducted appropriate statistical processors. So researcher recommends therefore urged the students on the importance of study and excel in order to determine their future professional and not feel concern the future, because that in itself is disabled for their energies and causing to their frustrations, provide an opportunity for students to express their views and not to refrain from any idea even if it was a strange and unworkable and availability the opportunity to express an opinion to the largest possible number of ideas about the problem or the subject of study in other educational methods.
