يهدف البحث الوقوف على رؤية بعض الأحزاب السياسية المصرية في تطوير التعليم كما وردت بالبرامج السياسية والانتخابية لتلك الأحزاب التي تشكلت وتمارس العمل الحزبي بعد ثورة 30يونيو 2013، وبالتالي يمكن تحديد الأيديولوجية الخاصة بالحزب من خلال تحديد الأيديولوجيات التي تكمن خلف النصوص. وتمثل شاغل البحث الحالي في تحديد رؤية بعض الأحزاب السياسية -التي تمارس العمل الحزبي بعد ثورة 30يونيو والممثلة ببرلمان 2015م -في كيفية تطوير وإصلاح التعليم المصري وذلك من أجل فهم أوضح للواقع الحالي، ووضع تصور مستقبلي لدعم وتفعيل المشاركة الحزبية في تطوير التعليم. وللإجابة عن شاغل البحث استعان الباحث بمنهج تحليل الخطاب ومنهج التحليل الفلسفي والمنهج النقدي. وتمثلت نتائج البحث فيما يلي: لا يوجد تمايز واضح بين رؤية الأحزاب -موضع البحث -لقضية تطوير التعليم وباقي الأحزاب السياسية الأخرى، فهناك تماثل كبير في برامج الأحزاب، تتسم رؤية الأحزاب -المختارة -لقضية تطوير التعليم بالعمومية والشمولية في التناول والطرح، لم يتحدث أي حزب من الحزبين موضع البحث عن التجارب الدولية في معالجة قضية التعليم.
The research aims to explore the vision of some Egyptian political parties in developing education as mentioned in the political and electoral programs of these parties that were formed and practiced partisan work after the revolution of June 30, 2013, and therefore the party's ideology can be determined by identifying the ideologies that lie behind the texts. The current research problem is to specify the vision of some political parties -which practiced partisan work after the June 30 revolution and were represented by the Parliament of 2015 -in how to develop and reform Egyptian education in order to gain a clearer understanding of the current reality, Also to promote a future vision to support and broaden parties' participation in the development of education in the light of changes and challenges facing the new political and educational system. To answer the research problem, the researcher adopted the discourse analysis approach, the philosophical analysis approach and the critical approach. The results of the research are summarized as follows: There is no clear distinction between the selected parties ’view and the other political parties concerning developing education, there is a great similarity among the programs of the parties, the view of the selected parties is too general and comprehensive in handling the issue of developing education, none of the two parties (under study) came across the international experiences in dealing with the issue of developing education.
