المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى اختبار دور إدارة المعرفة في تحسين المهارات التكنولوجية لدى الأكاديميين بجامعة كفر الشيخ، وتفرع من الهدف الرئيسي السابق مجموعة من الأهداف الفرعية تمثلت في: التعرف على إدارة المعرفة ومعوقات تطبيقها وعوامل نجاحها، والوقوف على المهارات التكنولوجية المرتبطة بإدارة المعرفة، وتقديم مجموعة من المقترحات لتفعيل استخدام التكنولوجيا بجامعة كفر الشيخ واشتملت عينة الدراسة على بعض كليات جامعة كفر الشيخ بمختلف الأقسام العلمية والأدبية، وطبقت الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 2018- 2019م، وقد اقتصر الدراسة على معرفة واقع استخدام (الإنترنت - المكتبات الرقمية - قواعد المعلومات الإلكترونية - مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية - بالإضافة إلى تقديم مجموعة من المقترحات لتفعيل المهارات التكنولوجية) في جامعة كفر الشيخ. وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة ضرورة إجراء مزيد من التدريب على كيفية استخدام قواعد المعلومات والمكتبة الرقمية بشكل مستمر، الاشتراك في قواعد المعلومات على أن يكون كل نصوص الأبحاث متاحة لجميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة، وأن تكون القاعات الدراسية متصلة بالإنترنت بشكل مستمر، استخدام مصادر التواصل للإعلان عن الدورات الخاصة بتطوير المهارات التكنولوجية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وأن يتم عمل استبيان بشكل دوري لاستطلاع رأي السادة أعضاء هيئة التدريس عند التعاقد على عمل دورات لتطوير مهارات التكنولوجيا، وأن يحتوي توصيف المقررات على توجيه الطلاب لاستخدام المهارات التكنولوجية. وأوصت الدراسة بتشجيع الجامعة على النشر الإلكتروني للبحوث والدراسات في الماجستير والدكتوراه والترقية، وأن تحتوى كل كلية على مجلة علمية محكمة تشجع على النشر الإلكتروني مع الورقي، مع ضرورة نشر أبحاث هذه المجلات في بنك المعرفة، وضرورة الاشتراك السنوي في قواعد المعلومات الإلكترونية العربية المتاحة، والعمل على اختيار قواعد المعلومات الإلكترونية وفق آراء السادة أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم، كما اقترحت الدراسة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات لقواعد المعلومات الإلكترونية العربية للوقوف على نواحي القوة ومعوقات الاستفادة منها، كذلك إجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتفعيل المهارات التكنولوجية لديهم.

The present study aimed to examine the role of knowledge management in improving the technological skills of academics at Kafrelsheikh University. A number of sub-objectives were derived from the previous main objective: Identifying knowledge management, its application obstacles and success factors, identifying technological skills related to knowledge management, and presenting a set of suggestions to activate the use of technology at Kafrelsheikh University. The sample of the study included some faculty members of Kafrelsheikh University in various scientific and literary departments. The study was conducted and in the second semester of the academic year 2018-2019, the study was limited to describe the reality of using) Internet - Digital Libraries - databases for electronic information - electronic sources of information - in addition to providing a range of suggestions to activate the technological skills) at the University of Kafrelsheikh. One of the most important results of the study was the need to continuously hold more training sessions on how to use the databases and the digital library, subscribe to the databases provided that all research texts are available to all faculty members, that the classrooms are connected to the Internet continuously, use the sources of communication for announcing the courses on the development of technological skills for faculty members, and to periodically administer a questionnaire to survey the opinion of the faculty members when contracting for training sessions to develop technology skills ،and the description of the courses include directions to guide students to use the technological skills. The study recommended that the university should encourage electronic publishing of researches and studies in master's degree, doctorate degree and faculty members promotion. Each faculty should have a refereed scientific journal that encourages online publishing along with printed one. The research of these journals should be published in the Egyptian Knowledge Bank. The selection of electronic databases should be in accordance with the views of the faculty members and their assistants, as suggested by the study. More studies on the Arab electronic databases should be conducted to find out the strengths and obstacles to benefit from them, as well as more studies on the training needs of faculty members to enhance their technological skills.
