A base built on the Kantian tradition inspired by christianity, especially what came in the following verse: « therefore whatever you desire for men to do to you, you shall also do to them; for this is the law and the prophets ». This verse summarizes the following golden rule: do not do what is not pleased to do to you. His origin has matched up to sayings of the prophet Mohammed, peace and blessing be upon him « no one of you becomes a true believer until he likes for his brother what he likes for himself ». Habermas looked at a dialogue which based on communicative action, where he collected between language act and social act, which requires the principle of the right to participate in the debate directed by moral values, a participation devotes the practice of democracy framed by general will, linked to Rousseau with general opinion. An opinion is formed through dialogue within the public space, where issues are discussed concerning the world of Living.
