|a تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية علاقة الأمير عبد القادر الجزائري بالزعامات المخزنية الجزائرية ببايلك الغرب (الموظفة لدى السلطة العثمانية في الجزائر) بين سنتي 1832-1847م. وهي العلاقة التي لازالت تثير وإلى يومنا هذا، عديد التساؤلات والإشكالات، على مستوى الأستوغرافيا الوطنية. موضوع البحث سنتعرض فيه لعلاقة الأمير عبد القادر بخليفة المخزن الشرقي لبايلك الغرب الحاج محمد ولد سيدي لعريبي، وهي العلاقة التي اختزلتها الأستوغرافيا الوطنية في حدود "العمالة" و"الخيانة"، مستبعدة بذلك جملة من الرهانات والسياقات (الجينيالوجيا – العصبية – الولاء - الانتماء الترابي). فالورقة هي سعي للبحث في المسكوت عنه وحفر في البنى السياسية والسوسيو ذهنية التي تمكن الباحث من قراءة هذه العلاقة في سياقاتها الموضوعية والتاريخية.

|b The subject of This paper Is an approach to the reality of the Relationship between Emir Abdelkader El Djezairiand the Algerian leader at. the Ottoman establishment in West of Algerian (Beylek Elgherb). Between the 1832 and 1847 and during the fight of Emir Abdelkader the french occupation, many leaders of the former Ottoman administration did not accept the new authority of Al Emir and made many troubles, the Algerian historiography describe them as traders and enemy’s agent. My study Is a new approach to This kind of conflicts which were between Emir and Haj Mohamed Oueld Sidi Laribi, who were the responsible of the Eastern Administration in Beylek Algharb, however this pape ris search on the political, sociological and mental structures, wich permisto the researcher to read this Relationship in its contextual and historical contexts.
