المستخلص: This article aims to highlight the efforts of the Algerian legislature in strengthening international cooperation to combat corruption, following the amendment of all criminal and administrative laws. This is the result of Algeria’s ratification of most conventions and keeping abreast of all developments that seek to curb this phenomenon from various aspects, whether economic, as most countries in the world are witnessing a deterioration in their economies due to the spread of money crimes and illegal transactions of public funds or whether administrative which is known for the absence of a spirit of responsibility and the proliferation of non-transparent dealings, which led to a loss of trust between the citizen and the administrative institutions that originally serve and meet his demands, therefore, transforming them into institutions seeking to achieve immediate private interests at the expense of the public interest in what is known as favoritism and other crimes of bribery.

يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز جهود المشرع الجزائري في تدعيم التعاون الدولي لمكافحة الفساد، إثر تعديله لمجمل القوانين الجنائية والإدارية وهذا نتاج لمصادقته على جل الاتفاقيات ومواكبته لجميع التطورات التي تسعى للحد من هذه الظاهرة من مختلف الجوانب، سواء الاقتصادية منها، بحيث تشهد أغلب دول العالم تدهورا في اقتصادها لانتشار جرائم المال والتعاملات غير المشروعة للأموال العمومية، وسواء الإدارية كذلك بحيث تعرف غياب لروح المسؤولية وكثرة التعاملات غير الشفافة والذي أدى إلى فقدان الثقة بين المواطن والمؤسسات الإدارية التي في الأصل دورها خدمة وتلبية مطالبه، لتحولها إلى مؤسسات تسعى لتحقيق المصالح الخاصة الآنية على حساب المصلحة العامة بما يعرف بجرائم المحاباة وغيرها من جرائم الرشوة.

Cet article vise à mettre en valeur les efforts déployés par le législateur algérien pour renforcer la coopération internationale pour lutter contre la corruption, conformément à la modification des lois pénales et administratives globales, ce produit de l'approbation de la majorité des accords et l'adaptation à tous les développements qui visent à réduire ce phénomène à partir de différents aspects, à la fois les aspects économiques, de sorte que l'expérience la plupart du monde se sont détériorés à cause des transactions illégales du fonds publics, et aussi les aspects Administratifs à la fois bien qu’elle connaît l'absence d'un sens de la responsabilité et le grand nombre de transactions est transparente et qui a conduit à la perte de confiance entre le citoyen et les institutions administratives à l'origine de son service et de répondre aux demandes, la transition vers les institutions qui cherchent à obtenir des intérêts particuliers immédiats au détriment de l'intérêt public, ce qui est connu comme des crimes de favoritisme et d'autres crimes de corruption.
