المستخلص: Considering the challenges faced by the nation today in all areas, including the challenge of terrorism , extremism and exaggeration in religion, or corresponding to promiscuity and Looseness in religion , As well as ignorance of some of the realities of Islam or distortion Islam by their deviant behavior; which requires the need to prepare Islamic preachers scientifically, behaviorally and methodologically; To perform their duties to the fullest extent. This study comes to shed light on the most important rules of building Islamic preachers, including: Sincerity in intention ,reliance on the correct evidence, good understanding of Allah religion and His Messenger, the strength of argument, spiritual strength, possession of the cornerstone of the language, the ethics of virtuous, the knowledge of the essence of the reality we live and ıts requirements, the knowledge of the situation of the interlocutors, and other issues highlighted by the study. The study included a statement of the most important relevant terms, including: the concept of the principles, rules, ethics, da'wa, guidance and advisement, with the importance of da'wa to Allah, and the importance of preaching and guidance.

بالنظر إلى ما تواجهه الأمة اليوم من تحديات هائلة في كل مجالاتها، ومنها تحدي الإرهاب والتطرف والغلو، أو ما يقابله من تحلل وانفلات، فضلا عن جهل بعضهم بحقائق الإسلام أو تشويهه بسلوكياتهم المنحرفة؛ مما يقتضي ضرورة إعداد الدعاة علميا وسلوكيا ومنهجيا؛ ليكونوا قادرين على حسن القيام بواجباتهم على أكمل وجه. تأتي هذه الدراسة لتلقي الضوء على أهم قواعد بناء الدعاة، ومنها: إخلاص النية، والاعتماد على الدليل الصحيح، وحسن الفهم عن الله ورسوله، وقوة الحجة، والقوة الروحية، وامتلاك ناصية اللغة، والتحلي بالأخلاق الفاضلة، والإلمام بروح العصر ومقتضياته وواقعه، ومعرفة حال المخاطبين، وغيرها من القضايا التي سلطت الدراسة الأضواء عليها. وقدمت الدراسة بين يدي ذلك بيانا بأهم المصطلحات ذات الصلة، ومنها: بيان مفهوم المقومات، والقواعد، والآداب، والوعظ والإرشاد والدعوة، مع بيان أهمية الدعوة إلى الله، وأهمية والوعظ والإرشاد.
