المستخلص: Loin de toute analyse purement psychologique, cette étude vise à repérer les modes de présentation du rêve du souverain et les fonctions qu’il remplit dans La dernière nuit du Raïs de Yasmina Khadra. Nous avons trouvé que l’auteur a renforcé le rapport de causalité entre le rêve, la rêverie, l’orgueil démesuré et l’érotisme pour dépouiller le personnage Mouammar de son caractère sacral. Le roman de Khadra se distingue par l’agencement harmonieux résultant de l'unité de l'action malgré les démantèlements que causent l’atmosphère onirique et l’association entre le êpncret et l’irréel par un œil rétrospectif qui pénètre le passé dii Raïs et son inconscient. L’auteur a employé trois procédés pour caractériser son héros. Il l’a décrit en un insensé dont le rêve dénonce les fantasmes, puis en un chef d’état qui fulmine contre son peuple avec véhémence, et enfin, èn une proie à ses rêveries hallucinatoires. Démantelé, le rêve prémonitoire et compensatoire du Raïs est un ressort romanesque au profit de la vigueur du réel chez Yasmina Khadra qui à cependant compati avec le chef toxicomane. Ainsi, écahelé entre ces deux extrêmes qui se touchent, le lecteur doit adopter de manière claire son propre point de vue sur le personnage du souverain rêveur.

Far from any purely psychological analysis, this study aims to identify the techniques of presentation of the dream and the functions it accomplishes in Yasmina Khadra's La derniere nuit du Rais. We have seen that the author. has reinforced the causal relationship between dreams, reverie, excessive pride and eroticism to deprive Muammar of his sacral character. Khadra's novel is distinguished by the harmonious arrangement resulting from the unity of the action despite the dismantling caused by the dreamlike atmosphere, and the association between the concrete and the unreal by a retrospective eye that penetrates the past of the Rais and his unconscious. The author has used three methods to characterize his hero. He described him as a madman whose dream condemns fantasies, then as a president who rages against his people vehemently, and finally, a victim to his hallucinatory reveries. Dismantled the premonitory and compensatory dream of the Rais is a novelistic spring in favor of the strength of reality at Yasmina Khadra who has though sympathized with the addict leader. Consequently, tom between these two extremes, the reader must clearly adopt his own point of view on the character of the dreamer sovereign.

بعيدا عن أي تحليل نفسي محض، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على الأساليب المختلفة لتمثيل الحلم ووظائفه في رواية الليلة الأخيرة في حياة الرئيس للكاتب الجزائري ياسمينا خضرة. لقد رأينا أن المؤلف قد أكد على العلاقة السببية بين عالم الأحلام، والخيال، والصلف، والجنس من أجل نزع الملامح الأسطورية التي تتمتع بها شخصية الرئيس. وتتسم رواية خضرة بالتناسق الناجم عن وحدة العمل بالرغم من تداخل الأحداث الذي سببه التقاء الحلم بعالم الواقع، حيث إن الربط بين الواقع والخيال قد تم عبر رؤية استرجاعية استطاعت. أن تخترق ماضي الرئيس وعقله الباطن. استخدم المؤلف ثلاثة طرق لتوصيف بطل روايته حيث وصفه بأنه مهووس منغمس في خيالاته وأوهامه، ثم كرئيس يناصب شعبه العداء، وأخيرا، كفريسة لأحلام اليقظة. وجدنا أن الحلم يلعب عند الرئيس دورا تنبؤيا وآخر تعويضيا مما يضفي مزيدا من القوة للواقع ألتاريخي في رواية ياسمينا خضرة الذي بالرغم من كل ذلك أبدى تعاطفا ملحوظا مع الزعيم المدمن. وعليه، فيجب على القارئ الممزق بين هذين النقيضين أن يتبنى بوضوح وجهة نظره الخاصة حول شخصية الحاكم الحالم.
