يتناول هذا البحث التعريف بالقياس لغة وباعتبار النظرات الاصطلاحية عند الأصوليين والمنطقيين مع بيان الفرق بينه وبين القياس المنطقي، ثم التعريف بالعكس لغة وتعريفة في الاصطلاح عند المنطقيين والأصوليين والجدليين وإطلاقاته عندهم مع بيان الفرق بين العكس عند المناطقة وعند الأصوليين وما تفرد به المناطقة من معني عكس القياس وبعد إعطاء الصورة الواضحة لمعني مفردات العكس والقياس وتناول البحث التعريف بقياس العكس مركبا عند الأصوليين وخلافهم في تسميته قياسا والخلاف في حجيته والاستدلال به على الأحكام بمقارنة الاقوال وعرض الأدلة ومناقشتها والخلوص إلى الراجح بدليله. ثم تناول البحث عددا من الفروع وعرض الخلاف فيه قبولا وردا وتفصيلا ثم إظهار مدى ارتباطه بأصل البحث وابتنائه عليه. ثم إيداع أهم النتائج في خاتمه البحث.
This study deals with the definition of juristic reasoning for linguistics and considering the conventional views of the jurisprudents and rationales, by showing the difference between these and the rational juristic reasoning. Then the study highlights the opposite definition of linguistics and technical meaning from the view of the following: controversial, jurisprudents and rationales by showing the difference be- tween the definitions of antithesis analogy. Then the study shows the jurisprudents views by giving the obvious definition for the meaning of terms of antithesis. The study deals with the opposite of the antithesis meaning in the from the jurisprudents’ perspective furthermore the study describes others name of the analogy and difference in the argument and the reasoning of the judgments by comparing the words and showing the evidence by discuss and to find the most correct evidence. Then the research deals with a number of branches and presented the disagreement in it, acceptance, response and detail, and then show the extent of its relevance to the research. Then conclude the most important findings into the research conclusion.
