المستخلص: Dans le présent papier, nous examinerons les éléments qui ont favorisé l’émergence de la filière de boissons dans la région de Bejaia et les facteurs déclenchant la naissance du premier cluster industriel de boissons en Algérie. Nous clôturons notre présentation par l’analyse de quelques obstacles constituant des occlusions au développement de cette activité

في هذا المقال سوف ندرس العناصر التي عززت ظهور قطاع المشروبات في منطقة بجاية والعوامل التي أدت إلى ولادة أول مجمع للمشروبات الصناعية في الجزائر. نختتم عرضنا بتحليل بعض العقبات التي تشكل انسدادات لتطوير هذا النشاط.

In this article we will examine the elements that have reinforced the emergence of the beverage sector in the Bejaia region and the factors that led to the birth of the first industrial beverage complex in Algeria. We conclude our presentation by analyzing some of the obstacles that constitute barriers to the development of this activity.
