|f The education sector in Algeria has paid great attention to the practice of sports at all levels of education due to the importance it acquires in its content, which contains many topics that help the student psychologically, physically, and socially. The subject of physical education and sports has been included as a compulsory subject like other subjects in the annual program, and there are approved curricula of the subject at various educational levels. \nHowever, if we look at the content of the physical education class activities in primary school and the need to generalize them and to match them with reality, we find another reality. The sports practice at the primary stage is almost non-existent in general, as it did doesn’t receive the same attention as that devoted to the middle and secondary levels. This prompted us to shed light, through this study, on the reality of practicing physical education and sports at the primary stage.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a لقد أولى قطاع التربية والتعليم بالجزائر عناية كبيرة للممارسة الرياضية في جميع الأطوار التعليمية، لما تكتسبه من أهمية في مضمونها الذي يحتوي على جملة من المواضيع المفيدة للتلميذ نفسيا وبدنيا واجتماعيا، أين تم إدراج مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية كمادة إجبارية كبقية المواد الأخرى في البرنامج السنوي ووجود مناهج معتمدة للمادة في مختلف المراحل التعليمية.\nلكن إذا ما اطلاعنا على مضمون أنشطة حصة التربية البدنية الرياضية في المدرسة الابتدائية وضرورة تعميمها ومطابقتها مع الواقع، لوجدنا واقعا آخر أقل ما يقال عنه أن الممارسة الرياضية بصفة عامة في الطور الابتدائي تكاد تكون منعدمة كونها لم تحظ بنفس الاهتمام الذي خصص للطور المتوسط والثانوي، الشيء الذي دفعنا لإلقاء الضوء من خلال دراستنا هذه على واقع ممارسة حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور الابتدائي.\n
