المستخلص: تعتبر الجامعة مؤسسة علمية اجتماعية تساهم مع غيرها من المؤسسات في مواجهة تحديات المستقبل للنهوض بالمجتمع مع تحقيق التنمية المتوازية بل أنها تعتبر من أهم المؤسسات، وتكتسب الملكية الفكرية أهمية كبيرة في المؤسسات وتعد أداة استراتيجية في قطاع الأعمال، فازدادت أهميتها بحيث أصبحت تدفع مؤسسات الأعمال إلى الحرص على إدارة أصولها من الملكية الفكرية بوصفها المحرك الرئيسي نحو تكوين ميزة تنافسية والحفاظ عليها. وقد برزت إدارة أصول الملكية الفكرية لتصبح مجالا رئيسا من مجالات الاختصاص في قطاع الأعمال وهي تضاهي في أهميتها استيعاب مفاهيم مثل الابتكار والتكنولوجيا والتسويق والمال والتدبير المؤسسي واقتصاديات الصناعة واستراتيجياتها، كما تعتبر الجامعة معقلا أساسيا من معاقل إنتاج المصنفات الفكرية، وبما أن مشكلات وقضايا الملكية الفكرية كثيرة ومتعددة، فإنها تتعقد في الجامعة فالجامعات والكليات من أكبر المؤسسات المنتجة والمستهلكة للملكية الفكرية، فأعضاء هيئة التدريس يقومون بإجراء بحوثهم و دراساتهم وبعض المصنفات الإبداعية الأخرى ثم يستهلكون بحوثا ومصنفات إبداعية قام بها أخرون في تدريسهم أو في الخدمة العامة للمجتمع، وأصبح لزاما على كليات التربية كمؤسسة تربوية أن تعمل على مواكبة وملاحقة التطورات الجديدة والإسهام فيها حتى يكون بمقدورها أن تؤدى الأدوار والمهام المنوطة بها بكفاءة، وهدفت الدراسة إلى رصد واقع حقوق الملكية الفكرية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية بمصر، واقتصرت الدراسة على كلية البنات جامعة عين شمس كعينة تمثل الحياة الجامعية، من خلال مجموعة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكلية، خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 2012-2013، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لتحليل الواقع الكمي لجهود حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية بمصر، والواقع الكيفي بأسلوب التحليل الرباعي (SWOT)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تصور مقترح لحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية البنات جامعة عين شمس

The university is considered a social scientific institution that contributes with other institutions in facing the challenges of the future to advance society while achieving parallel development. Rather, it is considered one of the most important institutions, and intellectual property is gaining great importance in institutions and is a strategic tool in the business sector, so its importance has increased so that it pushes business enterprises to care To manage their intellectual property assets as the primary drive towards creating and maintaining a competitive advantage The management of intellectual property assets has emerged to become a major area of competence in the business sector and is comparable in its importance to the understanding of concepts such as innovation, technology, marketing, finance, institutional management, industrial economics and strategies, and the university is a key bastion of production of intellectual works, since the problems and issues of intellectual property are many And multiple, it is held in the university, universities and colleges among the largest institutions producing and consuming intellectual property The faculty members conduct their research, studies and some other creative works, then they consume creative research and works by others in their teaching or in the public service of society, and it has become obligatory for colleges of education as an educational institution to work to keep abreast and follow new developments and contribute to them so that they can play the roles The tasks entrusted to it efficiently, and the study aimed to monitor the reality of intellectual property rights for faculty members in colleges of education in Egypt The study was limited to Ain Shams University Women's College as a sample representing university life, through a group of faculty members in the college, during the second semester of the 2012-2013 academic year, and the researcher used the descriptive approach to analyze the quantitative reality of efforts to protect the intellectual property rights of faculty members Faculties of Education in Egypt, and qualitative reality in the method of quadratic analysis (SWOT), and the study reached to Suggested perception for Protecting the intellectual property rights of faculty members in women university college Ain Shams University.
