|a هذا الموضوع واسع النطاق ويحتاج إلى مساحة كبيرة إلا أنني حاولت أن أذكر جملا من الكلام المهم في الموضوع حسب ما يقتضيه الطلب من البحث، وسأوجز ما ورد في البحث هنا باختصار شديد: \nذكرت بداية تعريف القرائن لغة وشرعا ثم بينت مشروعيتها في الشريعة الإسلامية الثابتة بالكتاب والسنة وعمل الأئمة. وهو ما يقتضيه العقل ويطابق الواقع ثم عقبته بذكر بعض أقضية الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم وبعض أقضية الخلفاء الراشدين. وبعض أقضية القضاة الحذاق بالقرائن. \nثم ختم البحث بالنتيجة وأهم هذه النتائج أن العمل بالقرائن أمر مشروع ثابت بالنص والاجتهاد. \nوالله الموفق والهادي إلى سواء السبيل.\n

|f This topic is extensive and requires a lot of space, but I tried to mention sentences of important words on the subject as required by the research, and I will briefly summarize what was stated here:\nI mentioned at the beginning the definition of presumption in language and sharia. Then I explained its legitimacy in the Islamic Shariah, which is proved by the Qur'an, Sunnah, and the acts of Imams. This is what is mind requires and corresponds to reality. Then it was followed by mentioning some of the Judgments of the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and some of the Judgments of the most prominent caliphs. Some Judgments smart judges with presumption.\nThen conclude the search with the result. The most important of these results is that working with presumption is a legitimate matter which is proved by text and Ijtihad (diligence). \nGod is the one who is the best and guiding the way.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
