المستخلص: ولقد اهتم علماء الإسلام -سلفا وخلقا- بالقرآن الكريم، وعكفوا على دراسته وفهمه واستنباط أحكامه، وسخروا علومهم ومعارفهم لمعرفة حقائقه ودقائقه، والكشف عن معانيه، وقد هيأ الله تعالى لهذه المهمة العظيمة علماء أفذاذا، وجهابذة فضلاء أفنوا حياتهم في خدمة كتاب الله عز وجل، ولازالت مؤلفاتهم في التفسير خير شاهد على جهودهم العظيمة في خدمة هذا القرآن العظيم. ونظرا لتنوع أساليب المفسرين، وتعدد أغراضهم، وتفاوت أهدافهم، فقد وقع بعضهم في بعض الأخطاء والانحرافات عن المنهج التفسيري الصحيح، مما أدى إلى وجود جملة من الأقوال الضعيفة والباطلة، والتي ينبغي على العلماء - خاصة المفسرين منهم - التنبيه عليها، وبيان مأخذ الضعف فيها. ولقد تفاوتت عناية المفسرين في بيان هذه الأقوال، وكان الإمام محمد بن على الشوكاني في مقدمة من عيني بذلك، فقد خلف - رحمه الله - للمكتبة الإسلامية تراثا عظيما، يأتي في مقدمته تفسيره العظيم الذي أسماه ((فتح القدير الجامع بين فني الرواية والدراية من علم التفسير)) وكان له - رحمه الله - فيه جهد مشكور في بيان الأقوال الضعيفة والتنبيه عليها، فقد كان يتعقب كثيرا من الأقوال ويحكم عليها بالضعف، أو الشذوذ، أو البطلان، وما شابه ذلك، ملتمسا في كثيرا من الأحيان لأصحابها العذر، ومقرا لهم بالفضل. وتفسيره من أنفس التفاسير وأجلها، وقد حظى بدراسات عديدة، تناولته من جوانب مختلفة، بيد أن جانب الأقوال التي ضعفها الإمام الشوكاني - رحمه الله - لم يفرد بدراسة مستقلة تلقي الضوء على جميع جوانبه، وتتناوله من جميع أبعاده؛ لذا فإن هذا الجانب من الأهمية بمكان، وبحاجة إلى البحث والدراسة. مشكلة البحث: تكمن مشكلة البحث في أن أجوبة الشوكاني على الأقوال الضعيفة مبثوثة في ثنايا تفسيره؛ فكان لابد من تتبعها وجمعها ودراستها؛ للوقوف على المنهج الذي سار عليه في انتصاراته، ومعرفة مدى إصابته الحق في حكمه على تلك الأقوال.

And the scholars of Islam have paid attention - in advance and in creation - to the Holy Qur’an, and they have devoted themselves to studying it, understanding it and devising its rulings, and they have harnessed their sciences and knowledge to know its facts and minutes, and to reveal its meanings. God Almighty prepared for this great task Their books on Tafsir are still a testament to their great efforts in serving this great Qur’an. Because of the diversity of the methods of the interpreters, the multiplicity of their purposes, and the variation of their goals, some of them have committed some errors and deviations from the correct interpretative approach, which led to the existence of a number of weak and invalid sayings, which scientists - especially the interpreters of them - must alert to, and indicate the weakness of it. And the attention of the interpreters varied in the statement of these sayings, and Imam Muhammad bin Ali Al-Shawkani was at the forefront of my eyes in this way, he left - may God have mercy on him - to the Islamic Library a great heritage, in the forefront of which is the great interpretation which he called ((Fathe al-Qadeer combined the art of the novel and the knowledgeable of the knowledge Interpretation)) And he had - may God have mercy on him - a thankful effort in explaining the weak sayings and alerting them, as he was tracking a lot of sayings and judging them with weakness, anomalies, invalidity, and the like, often seeking excuses for their owners, and admitting them with credit. And his interpretation of the interpretations and the same ones, and he has received many studies, I dealt with it from various aspects, but the side of the words that were weak by Imam Al-Shawkani - may God have mercy on him - was not singled out by an independent study that sheds light on all its aspects, and deals with it in all its dimensions, so this aspect is important , And needs research and study. Research problem: The research problem lies in the fact that Al-Shawkani's answers to the weak sayings are transmitted in the folds of his interpretation, so it was necessary to follow, collect and study them in order to find out the method that he followed in his victories, and to know the extent of his injury to the right to judge these sayings.
