|f Treatment structures as part of the public health format are a product of medical work and a social system in which a set of sociological, economic, and anthropological variables interact to understand the reality of disease within this social world. The aim of the article is to understand the structures of treatment in Algerian society through a historical reading that allows tracking the development of these structures through a critical sociological reading. |a هياكل العلاج كجزء من نسق الصحة العمومية ليس فقط منتج للعمل الطبي لكنه كذلك نظام اجتماعي تتفاعل فيه مجموعة من المتغيرات السوسيولوجية والاقتصادية والأنثروبوبوجية لفهم واقع المرض داخل هذا العالم الاجتماعي. الهدف من المقال هو فهم هياكل العلاج في المجتمع الجزائري من خلال قراءة تاريخية تسمح بتتبع تطور هذه الهياكل من خلال قراءة سوسيولوجية نقدية، الهدف منها توضيح الوضع الحالي لهياكل العلاج في المجتمع الجزائري وتأثيرها على التكفل بالمرضى في الجزائر.

|d les structures des soins comme une partie prenante dans le système de santé publique n’est pas seulement producteur du travail médicale. elle est aussi une organisation sociale qui comporte un ensemble de variables socioéconomiques et anthropologiques en interaction.et le but de cette article et de comprendre les structures du soins dans la société algérienne a travers une lecture historique qui permettra de suivre l’évolution de ces structures et a travers une lecture sociologique critique. pour éclaircir l’état actuel de ses structures et leurs impact sur la prise en charge des malades de en Algérie.
