وقع العراق تحت وطأة العديد من موجات النزوح القسري خلال العقود الأربعة الماضية، ولأسباب عديدة، حيث أجبر العديد من المواطنين على الخروج من بيوتهم ومناطقهم الأصلية. وكان لأسباب موجات النزوح هذه عدد من الأثار السلبية على حالة هؤلاء الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية، وعلى الرغم من كل الجهود المبذولة من قبل المنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية والدولية لتخفيف حدة أثار هذا النزوح على الأفراد، فأن الكثير من هؤلاء لايزالون متضررين من نزوحهم ويعانون من أوضاع اجتماعية واقتصادية صعبة ويبحثون عن حل دائم لمأزقهم هذا، وعليه فأن موضوع الاندماج الاجتماعي للنازحين في المجتمعات الجديدة، هو من أولى اهتمامات كل المعنيين بهذا الموضوع، ونحن كباحثين تقع علينا مسؤولية أخرى، هي البحث في وضع النازحين الجديد ومستقبلهم وعملية اندماجهم مع المجتمعات الجديدة، والتعرف على أهم متطلبات ومحددات تلك العملية، والتوصل إلى حلول ناجعة لعلها تخفف بعض معاناة هؤلاء بفقدانهم أمنهم المجتمعي العام والنزوح إلى بيئات جديدة.
Iraq has been subjected to many forced displacement during the last four decades, many citizens have been forced to leave their homes and regions for many reasons. The causes of these displacements have had a number of negative effects on their social, economic and political situation. Despite all the efforts made by governmental, non-governmental and international organizations to mitigate the effects of this displacement on individuals, many of them are still affected by displacement and suffer social and economic conditions, and seeking an everlasting solution for their dilemma. Therefore, the issue of social integration of the displaced in the new societies is one of the first concerns of all concerned. The researchers, have the responsibility to look into the new situation of the displaced, their future and the process of integration with new communities, and to identify the most important requirements of the determinants of that process, and to reach effective solutions that may alleviate some of the suffering of those losing their societal security and public migration to new environments. The research has four chapters; the first chapter deals with the reference framework, and the second chapter with the theoretical framework while the third chapter has the methodological framework of the study. Finally the fourth chapter presents and analyzes the results of the field study.
